Teanna is like the sister I never had, a ton of fun and spot on with her gangster like approach to manifestation…

This podcast is for the person who wants to learn how to manifest but is sick of all the crackadoos out there who are super soft spoken and scared to admit that they don’t know how it all works.

Teanna Campbell drops some real dope bombs to this podcast and I am thrilled that she was able to find some time and hop on as we also got to chat about a few of my favorite authors Neville Goddard & Florence Schoville Schinn.

If you are looking for a manifestation coach that knows their shit, reach out to Teanna, she is legit!

4321 Hey there spiritual dope. This is Brandon Handley, as if you didn’t already know my name. I am on today with Teanna Campbell. She is a manifestation mindset, money and magic coach, she has one goal, and it’s her favorite. She wants to give you the tools and support you need to release your mind magic, reject your bullshit. And ignite your healing so that you can live life unfucked and stuff your bank account with cash and fill your life with everything you’ve ever wanted. I’m so happy to have you on today, what’s happening?

Teanna Campbell 0:39
That was even better than I could have done. Good job. I’m just out here with you. I’m excited.

Brandon Handley 0:45
What about you, I’m excited as well, we’ve been kind of going back and forth, we stumbled upon each other on Instagram. And, you know, I’m a fan. And so I was like, hey, without let’s let’s have this conversation, you have a great brand. with just your delivery, you’re entertaining, you are clear with your, with your delivery. And, um, you don’t fit the same mold as everybody else to which is great. But as everybody else is kind of doing it like this kind of this, there’s, there’s like a certain way all this has to be done right? And like, you’re not doing it that way. Like I’m like, Thank God and this is it’s refreshing. So happy to have you on super excited. And one of the things I usually like to start us off with is, you know, creative energy source energy speaks through us, right? And it’s kind of like we were talking about before we even got started, like the people that are looking for you just kind of show up. Right? Well, right, that says that you’re, you know, that people are going to hear us talk about today is going to be for them explicitly. And it’s going to come through you right now. So sources saying what to you to that one person listening right now?

Teanna Campbell 2:08
Oh, God, be you I think being authentic is really preached a lot in this industry without being celebrated or necessarily tolerated. Like you said, I don’t really fit the mold. I teach this shit a different way. which some people don’t enjoy. But it is authentic to me. So I just think actually follow the advice of staying who you are. And if other people aren’t doing it your way, then fuck is the effort allowed on here?

Brandon Handley 2:48
I think we started it with that. I mean, it was part of the introduction. So

Unknown Speaker 2:51
you know,

Brandon Handley 2:52
I said you can live your life on Fox. And so you can follow my lead or do what you want to do.

Teanna Campbell 2:57
I mean, I say it all the time I drop it. So I just don’t want to but I think that’s just really the big thing. Fuck them if they don’t accept it, because all of this is meant to be a very personal practice. It’s not a one size fits all there is not a secret formula that someone has unlocked. It’s very personal to each person, and it should be celebrated that you do it individually. So I think that is something important for everybody to remember.

Brandon Handley 3:30
Yeah, so it’s like be authentic, let it go. But be truly authentic too. Right? Not just this not this authentic that everybody else thinks you should be

Teanna Campbell 3:43
different. everybody’s like, be authentic, but do it this way.

Brandon Handley 3:46
Right. Right. Here’s how you be authentic. And if there’s a recipe for it, that’s not necessarily authentic. No. Right. So, um,

Unknown Speaker 3:57
what do I think that you should have on a shirt?

Teanna Campbell 4:02
Now the bitch I was actually just designing it like five minutes ago, honestly.

Brandon Handley 4:06
Well, that’s because and now also say this because you open up one of your YouTubes with that, right? And you’re like, you know, people may know me as or say, I’m a mouthy, bitch. I’m like I’m like I love it. Right and I all I see is that on a shirt for you? Because your graphics are great, right? You do a great job. Who does your graphics? do you do that? You work yourself?

Teanna Campbell 4:26
I do it. Yeah,

Brandon Handley 4:28
yeah. So I love guys if you’re not following, john, I’d like just go check her out. It’s fun. You do a good job with the designs and the branding. And so your current brand is a manifestation gangster, is that right? Yes, it is. Let’s talk about it. So tell us a little bit about if I’m checking out manifestation gangster What am I getting myself involved with?

Teanna Campbell 4:55
Um, wow. A lot of fuck bombs. And a lot of nevel teachings mixed in with the fog bombs. People have a big problem with that for some reason. I don’t know why, but they get very offended and say never would have never said that. And I’m like, he’s not alive right now, you know? No.

Brandon Handley 5:17
No, it doesn’t. It doesn’t matter whether or not never would have said it. It’s how you’re teaching it. But would have been funny to hear him talk that way, though. Because what this clip like Anglo Saxon, like, you know, nevel was, I mean, just how would never have told you to get fucked.

Teanna Campbell 5:38
Right? It would have been so interesting. And I just, I don’t know, when I listened to him. I can actually imagine it. Like, you can hear it sometimes in the tonality of his speeches. He kind of wants to. He wants to tell people, I’ve told you the same thing for 20 years. It shouldn’t be this fucking hard.

Brandon Handley 5:56
Right? I think i think i think if i hear him saying it, he’s got the one where he’s talking about getting the clams or something in New York, right? He’s there with his crew. And he goes, and he gets like, he orders it for breakfast. Or he wanted clams for breakfast. Right? And he’s like, he could just see it. He sauced like it like, I don’t know, 9am or something on a Sunday morning. It’s like, he’s just tore up drinking martinis, and he’s going out with his crew. And it’s like, I order the clams. Right? He’s just so you know, he’s so funny, but you could hear him saying, like, give me the fucking clams.

Teanna Campbell 6:34
Right? Right. Like you can hear him he? I am convinced he would approve, but the very strict nashvillians don’t enjoy it, avoid it. Alright,

Brandon Handley 6:46
for those uninitiated without neville goddard, what’s the what’s the history on him?

Unknown Speaker 6:52
So

Teanna Campbell 6:55
honestly, all, I preach a lot of neville goddard. But it’s not from a place of knowing an intense amount about him, I was only introduced to nevel. It’s been less than a year, because I got so excited that I had figured out this whole key to manifestation and I was teaching it to people about how it’s about your feelings and your vibrations that you put out into the universe. And it has nothing to do with your words. It’s all the feelings, all the feelings. And somebody came to me one day, and they were talking about neville goddard. And I’m like, Who the fuck is that? And they’re like, well, that’s what you teach. And I’m like, no, it’s no one’s not I made the shit up. I discovered this, I’m gonna be famous. And they’re like, you need to go check out neville goddard. Right. And I did, and I was heartbroken. Oh,

Brandon Handley 7:48
that’s the worst, right? You’re like, well, I can’t believe this has been done before.

Teanna Campbell 7:52
That’s exactly. So then I ordered every novel book, I could find neville goddard is a manifestation teacher. He’s dead. Now. This he was around. What in the 30s 50s? somewhere? I don’t know, a long time ago, we were not alive when he was around, right. And he taught it almost like he had books published. But it was more underground. It wasn’t like common knowledge that everybody talked about. It wasn’t like Napoleon Hill and the secret to getting rich. His was like seminars that he did. And he would just go and tell people about manifestation I take him he wasn’t really in it for the money. He was like, here’s everything I know. So he has crap everywhere. He will just need to read it. Because I didn’t make it up.

Brandon Handley 8:45
This time, the this time last year, it was totally me. Um, so I’ll throw on the one of the reasons he didn’t need to do it for money. It was like it came from a wealthy family. Right. So he had a super wealthy family. And while he was not relying on that, it gave him the confidence to say whatever the fuck you want to say. Because one of the things that is interesting is that if this is all you do, it can be a challenge. Right? Some sometimes you’ll you’ll may fall out. So lots of good word phrase sell out. Sure. So so an Alan Watts talks about that too. You know, watts fan.

Teanna Campbell 9:37
He, I don’t know who that is.

Brandon Handley 9:40
So real similar with Alan Watts, right. So he’s another guy like kind of they’re, they’re around the same era. Both kind of beat Nicky, you know, weird ways of talking, but similar space. But what he says is like when you do these things, and you have to do it as your only thing there’s a certain sense Stress behind it right? A certain like this happen a certain restriction of yourself right? Not being often Sure, right? Like you’re you lose some sense of authenticity because you’re like, ah, but people won’t buy it because it’s fucking crazy. Right? But like, you also go back to the idea of like, yeah, 50% of the people hate you, no matter what you do. And 50% of people love you. So so it’s like, you know, tell me get back. So you’re doing the devil, you’re doing the nevel f bomb gig. So, yeah, you got into it, though, kind of on your own. So how did you get into this space?

Teanna Campbell 10:42
So I taught manifestation. Before that’s been my gig, I became a hypnotist. And then I got really into manifestation and using hypnosis for manifestation. And through my own trial and error and practice and working with clients, I was like, holy shit, this has nothing to do with the words and the affirmations, necessarily. affirmations are helpful, but they’re not like the key to everything you’ve ever wanted. And so just through working through all of that for a couple years, I was like, Oh, my God, it’s the feeling. It’s the feeling. Right? And I was so proud. But it just started with I taught manifestation. And I was tired of traditional manifestation like, I will reference abraham hicks sometimes because I think there’s some good quotes in there. But there are definitely a lot of people who have heard me say, I hate abraham hicks.

Teanna Campbell 11:48
I hate the way it’s taught.

Teanna Campbell 11:52
And so just through getting frustrated with people not seeing results, doing it the abraham hicks way. I took it and figured out what worked and what didn’t. And it happens to be the same stuff that neville goddard

Teanna Campbell 12:08
teaches about. Okay.

Brandon Handley 12:11
Would you so abraham hicks is a all law of attraction? Would you consider Neville Goddard’s teaching law of attraction? Or would you consider manifestation? Because I think it sounds like there’s a little bit of a discerning, right.

Teanna Campbell 12:28
I think neville goddard actually had a really good understanding of all 12 of the spiritual laws, he doesn’t make references to each specific one. But if you study the 12 spiritual laws, or the 12 laws of the universe, each one you can pinpoint to different level teachings. So I think he just had a really good understanding of all of it. So there is law of attraction in there, because it’s one of the laws, but he goes over all of that, which is probably why I enjoy his work more. I it’s not all law of attraction.

Brandon Handley 13:12
Okay. No, I mean, it’s interesting, right? Because that my, again, my perception is he’s different than just your strict like law of attraction people and, you know, right, positive and positive thinking and all this other stuff. He’s in a different different sphere, different space. And so I think it’s interesting that that’s kind of who you you gravitated towards and, and run through. So you did the hypnosis, right? For manifestation, and then, you know, you came across the feeling part, right? So Where, where, where did that epiphany come from for you?

Teanna Campbell 13:54
It’s so cliche, but I was literally just driving in my car one day, I do all of my best thinking in my car. I am convinced if I ever write a book, it will be thoughts I’ve had in a car. And it just popped into my head. I don’t know if I was talking with a client. I have a really bad habit of doing voice talking with clients over the phone while I’m driving. Um, so I don’t know if I was talking with a client or what it was. But I remember sitting at the stoplight waiting for it to turn green. And I was just like, oh my god, it’s about vibrations. And right there in this split second of it wasn’t a split second, it was like 10 seconds. I had already planned out this entire course about how manifestation is vibrations and how to tune into it. And while I was launching and working with people, somebody told me about nubble It all happened very quickly, but it was just in my car.

Brandon Handley 14:52
Yeah, that’s great. It’s great. I think I think that is is huge right where emotion and feeling right is about big part of it when and it’s also tied to the visualization aspect right? And if you tie that right to a your feelings and emotions, right, you don’t know, tell me what happens there.

Teanna Campbell 15:14
Well, I will I’ve never actually heard him talk about it, but I am convinced neville goddard evil either was a hypnotist or had a really good understanding of hypnosis. Because everything he talks about the state akin to sleep in the visualization with the feelings, that’s hypnosis, when he mentions getting really relaxed so that the images go into your subconscious mind. That is hypnosis. So essentially, in all of his books, when he’s telling people how to visualize and how to relax, he’s just telling everyone how to self hypnotize. And I think that’s a big part of why it is so effective because hypnosis is sending messages straight to your subconscious mind, which is then what you experience in reality.

Brandon Handley 16:06
He calls the subconscious does he call it a subconscious? So he calls right

Teanna Campbell 16:11
mind more often. But I don’t like to say unconscious mind. Just that’s it. That just feels wrong to me since I was trained as a hypnotist first, okay, so I call it the subconscious. But he does have a few books where he also just straight out refers to it as the subconscious mind, the subconscious mind.

Brandon Handley 16:32
So I think that one of your first when we first connected you were calling it the God the God, what was it the God? God manifestation? God state God state, that’s what Yeah, which is very novel, too, though, right?

Teanna Campbell 16:51
That was, so it’s funny talking about authenticity. My brand is quirky and bright colors, and not like other people. And I had a friend who was kind of an Instagram goddess, she has, like 400,000 followers on Instagram, she’s built up a ton of accounts to hundreds of thousands of people. And she didn’t agree with my branding on either of my businesses. And so I changed it to be Instagram friendly. And she’s the one who was like God state because that’s what people will search for when they search for nevel stuff. And you need to go plain with black and white, maybe a little bit of gold because people respond to that. So I took everything and made it so boring. And our friendship and I

Brandon Handley 17:46
really liked it by the way, I liked your golden black. And I was like I was like it’s very well done. So right. So you know, maybe that’s okay.

Teanna Campbell 17:56
Just wasn’t you,

Teanna Campbell 18:00
me. Our friendship ended up like not working out it is what it is whatever you know, girls do when they get together. And with time, I was like, well, this is who I really want to be. Right. So I changed it to how it was before her and probably confused the crap out of everybody. But that was authentic. So God’s state was actually like the brainchild of someone else that I came up with the name, but it was with the encouragement of other people.

Brandon Handley 18:34
I hear you, I hear you. I’ve done many things with the encouragement of other people that I should. So let’s talk about let’s talk about your brand now like I mean, you’ve got manifestation gangster, it’s a lot of fun, it is bright, it is vibrant. And you know what type of people you working with.

Teanna Campbell 18:56
Um, it’s funny because I get kind of I work pretty much just with women, a lot of women business owners and a lot of the single mom kind of women I you attract a lot of what you are so because I’ve had healing around all of the stuff I’ve had to work through, the majority of people I work with and attract are actually in the same place I was in years ago. So that’s almost exclusively, who I end up working with.

Brandon Handley 19:36
Now, it’s interesting, and I’ve definitely found that to I mean, some of my first interviews were with like, you know, people with not necessarily daddy issues, but like, you know, had, you know, weird dad backstories that were almost identical to mine, right? Like my dad died of like everyone overdose, right? And like, maybe like three out of 10 people that I interviewed, they had their dad’s

Unknown Speaker 20:00
I’d like heroin overdose.

Teanna Campbell 20:01
Have a beer dad that story. See? See, look?

Brandon Handley 20:07
Maybe this is more common than we thought. What’s your what’s the weird dad backstory?

Unknown Speaker 20:15
Um,

Teanna Campbell 20:18
wow. My dad was never involved. And I learned when I was like six or seven that my dad didn’t want me and so the dad I had was actually an adoptive dad. Because he married my mom when I was like one. And then he left and then I met my bio dad, it was just like a shit show all through my teen years. The weirdest and now I haven’t talked to him in 20 years.

Brandon Handley 20:50
That fucking

Teanna Campbell 20:54
No, I’m sure that you are great one. So we’re not gonna say

Brandon Handley 20:58
no, that’s totally true. I’m talking about the rest of them. I kid I just um, so what else is fun in this space? I mean, what is your favorite nevel like so here’s another part of this podcast, right? This podcast is really about leaning into that authenticity. What did it take for you to start working in this space? Because it’s not one that I would say is super socially acceptable and easy to break into? Is that what do you think

Teanna Campbell 21:29
neville goddard space

Brandon Handley 21:30
neville goddard law of attraction and manifestation coaching you know that you’ve got 90% of the people that you’ve run into relate with that’s woo woo is, you know, all this other stuff. So what was it like jumping into this space and kind of leading from there?

Unknown Speaker 21:47
Um,

Teanna Campbell 21:49
I honestly didn’t really have problems with it. Before I really jumped into neville goddard. I was mostly exclusively a mindset coach, like, that’s why I learned about hypnosis. So I was already talking mindset stuff. I was already talking about the subconscious mind, I was already kind of in that space. And then it just kind of slowly evolved, I think, into what it is now. And because it was slow. The audience that I had built up over the years just followed with me, they evolved with me as well. So for me, it was actually a really easy transition. I didn’t have a difficult time with it at all. I don’t I’m not part. So there’s a lot of the really big like nevel teachers, I’ve never talked to any of them I haven’t like broken into

Brandon Handley 22:45
circle

Teanna Campbell 22:46
their circle, right. So it’s just kind of me doing my own thing, but I like it that way. So I just hang out and do what I want to do.

Brandon Handley 22:58
What I’m so if I was to call for coaching with you, what’s our What’s our first call like?

Teanna Campbell 23:06
I just do very open. Caught like a call would kind of just start with the bullshitting. What are you working on bullshitting? It’s important stuff, but what are you working on? What are you manifesting? How are you feeling about it? What are you currently doing what, and then we just break it down into what’s standing in their way if they’re having consistent, focused thoughts on why it’s not there, or what is missing or how it’s not coming. And then we just let it evolve naturally, I’m a very free flowing person, I don’t have a lot of the super structure in my calls, or my coaching packages or my businesses. Nobody is built the same kind of like how we talked about in the very beginning of this, it’s a very personal journey to everyone. And one type of ritual, I call them rituals, that’s kind of Woo. But one kind of ritual or technique doesn’t work for everybody. So I take the time to really get to know people so that it actually does work for them. So the calls there’s not really a big structure to it. It’s let’s get to know you and see where you are. And then we just break through that shit.

Brandon Handley 24:25
No, absolutely. Right. So tailor made. Right, right.

Teanna Campbell 24:30
100% no call is ever the same.

Unknown Speaker 24:36
Could couldn’t be if you tried.

Brandon Handley 24:40
And let’s talk about doing doing this kind of as a parent to are you I know you said your son’s at the game, right? Right now or practice, right

Teanna Campbell 24:49
doctor? I have two daughters. The one plays football so that’s what

Brandon Handley 24:54
Yeah, so do teach your children and stuff.

Teanna Campbell 24:58
Yeah, yeah. My kids are like my coach when I get stuck, and I’m focusing on the wrong shit. And I’m like, Oh my god, everything is going wrong. My kids will jump in and they’ll be like, Mom, what you focus on grows? And I’m like, Oh, snap. Okay.

Unknown Speaker 25:18
Well,

Teanna Campbell 25:20
thanks.

Teanna Campbell 25:22
My kids know probably as much about it as I do. I let them listen in on coaching calls. They listen to when I do trainings, there’s probably the one listening in her room the next door right now. They listen to all of it, they are constantly immersed in devil in manifestation and mindset all the time. And they talk just like me.

Unknown Speaker 25:45
So, clearly,

Teanna Campbell 25:47
clearly, it’s great conversation with their school teachers.

Brandon Handley 25:53
Do they? Do they bring it up at school? Have you ever gotten a call from schools and ask them what’s going on with the manifestation or anything like that?

Teanna Campbell 26:00
The only time I’ve gotten calls from schools is when they drop bombs.

Brandon Handley 26:06
And bring out the good, that’s what you focus on grows? Don’t you tell them that?

Unknown Speaker 26:10
Right? That’s cool.

Teanna Campbell 26:13
Just let them be just let them be? No. But they will tell their friends. My daughter had a birthday party at our house a couple weeks ago, and all of her friends came over. And it’s a bunch of little 13 year old girls who wanted to be hypnotized and have their cards read. And it was I did not hypnotize them. That would be slightly unethical. But I did read cards and ship for them. So it’s actually kids are really open to this stuff. And if parents were open about what they were learning and what they were teaching, and what they were evolving through, I think the kids would grow up to be even more adept at it than we are.

Brandon Handley 26:54
What I mean by that

Teanna Campbell 26:56
it’s easier for them. But kids, my kids have I’ve been explaining this to them since they were seven or eight years old. And they have an amazing handle just intuitively on what manifestation is and how to use their mind. And they, I mean, if they want to snow day, because they don’t want to go to school, they just go to bed and they say, we’re not going to go to school tomorrow. And it’s a snow day. Like my kids can manifest and do whatever the hell they want. And I think it’s really beautiful.

Unknown Speaker 27:30
Um,

Brandon Handley 27:33
I love that I love that they love they are in that space. I think that it is very intuitive. I mean, once you kind of cross over certain thresholds. Is there any going back to the way you used to be?

Teanna Campbell 27:47
Not comfortably? Right.

Brandon Handley 27:50
You know, it’s kind of it’s very, you know, matrix II, right? There is no going back to you take that pill, there’s kind of no going back. And if you’re if you’re not a fan of Abraham Hicks is like, there’s there’s no going back. She always says that, right? She says there’s no going back.

Unknown Speaker 28:06
Right?

Brandon Handley 28:08
And it becomes, I mean, how does it feel? Does it feel it feels 100% natural to be in that state of being? Is that fair to say? Would you say that?

Unknown Speaker 28:19
Yeah. Yeah.

Brandon Handley 28:23
And would you say that it’s, it just becomes intuitive, and once you kind of discovered is, it’s like, it’s almost like you’ve always known that it was there.

Teanna Campbell 28:33
Right? For sure. And I think breaking through to that side can be uncomfortable. Like, there’s a lot of releasing the victim mode, and a lot of that stuff that we’re taught through society, but like my kids, I’ve never heard them blame a problem on somebody else ever. It’s always, like, they know how to take responsibility for what they’ve created. It’s not just that somebody at school is mean to them, or that they got picked on by someone or that football practice was too hard. And their coach was mean, like they understand creating their reality, and that it’s a mindset shift that they need to make. And because of that, I don’t think like my children will ever be in that place of being a victim of anything, they will take control of it. For forever From now on, and I think kids are really, really good at that. If they’re taught that from a young age.

Brandon Handley 29:35
Yeah, no, I agree. What, um, and I love that they take like, 100% of responsibility and that they create that space. I mean, let’s talk about what it means to create that space. What is it? What do you mean by they create that space?

Teanna Campbell 29:53
I think that anytime anything happens that is undesirable, right. There’s a lesson in How we kind of took part in that. And I, I do like to make a disclaimer, when I say that I don’t mean the really big, bad, terrible life experiences like death. I don’t include in that I don’t think people manifest death at all, ever. I think that was already determined before we came here. But other things like the way that people treat you, or the results that you get either from something or from another person, it’s never just something that happens to you, there’s a lesson to be learned as to why that happened. If your mind was focused on, I’m not going to be good enough, or I never succeeded anything, or I never get hitched first, or people like other people, if you have those kinds of thoughts, then the result you got was a result of those thoughts. So I don’t think any, that any of this stuff just happens to you. It’s something that you can evaluate where in your mind, you attracted this results, and hold the space for yourself to create better beliefs and better thoughts. So that you get better results?

Brandon Handley 31:23
Is it easy for someone to change their beliefs?

Teanna Campbell 31:27
That’s what hypnosis is for? Yes.

Brandon Handley 31:32
What is so can you do hypnosis? Like over over zoom? Or a phone call?

Teanna Campbell 31:40
Yeah, 99.9% of all my clients are over the phone,

Brandon Handley 31:45
or just audios and hypnosis as part of it. So you talked about earlier to like, you know, hypnosis is basically sending messages or beliefs directly to the subconscious. That’s what you said. Yep. How like, I mean,

Unknown Speaker 32:04
right. So how,

Brandon Handley 32:08
how am I preventing things from getting to the subconscious? Without hypnosis?

Teanna Campbell 32:15
Um, how are you preventing things from getting your subconscious?

Brandon Handley 32:20
Yeah, like, I mean, why is it what makes it what makes hypnosis able to do that?

Teanna Campbell 32:26
So hypnosis, what it does, you spend a bit of time getting relaxed, right? So like Neville talks about that too, you get relaxed before you do the visualization. The reason you get relaxed or why your hypnotherapist will relax you is because when you physically relaxed, your conscious mind gets really bored. And it checks out. When your conscious mind isn’t there anymore as your gatekeeper, your subconscious mind is accessible. And that’s how you just put the messages straight in, you can put stuff through to your subconscious without being hypnotized. You just have to repeat it a lot. You have to put the conscious effort into it, you have to make sure that you’re focused on it and not allowing other beliefs said. So it’s you you can it’s just like taking a long road I prefer just getting shit done really fast.

Brandon Handley 33:24
know for sure so but so what you’re saying then is the conscious is acting as a gatekeeper. Um, and yeah, if you’re trying to put new stuff in. Like if I try to put new stuff in my brain, my conscience would be like, No, no, no, no new stuff, because we’ve got all this other stuff here that we’re so good with. Right?

Teanna Campbell 33:46
Right, right, or this other stuff we have contradicts what you’re trying to put in there. Like if you have a belief that you were born into a broke family, and that you’re always going to be broke, that money is hard to come by money doesn’t grow on trees, etc, etc. If you have those beliefs really ingrained in yourself or in your subconscious mind, and you’re trying to affirm over and over again, I am rich money flows to me money sticks to me, your subconscious mind and your gatekeeper. Like we already have these other beliefs that are different than that. So you either have to get rid of the old ones, or repeat the new ones a lot.

Brandon Handley 34:33
And each time, each time I’m repeating these affirmations, though, my subconscious is like,

Teanna Campbell 34:38
no, right? Right. Like you’re just reminding yourself over and over again, like No, that’s not true.

Unknown Speaker 34:47
So, you know,

Brandon Handley 34:51
I was talking with somebody else earlier this week and and the idea of, they call it the quantum question. I don’t know if you’ve seen that when the quantum question or Have you seen Noah St. John’s? Oh hell, what does he do? AV formations? Oh, yeah, yeah.

Teanna Campbell 35:11
Yeah. Asking questions.

Brandon Handley 35:13
So is that like ordinations? So is that like, so I just heard this weekend, there’s some other dude out there doing the exact same thing. So he’s calling it the quantum question. Because quantum, because everything is quantum right now.

Teanna Campbell 35:27
It’s the new authentic, trendy thing.

Brandon Handley 35:30
Right, right. Quantum quantum authenticity. But I think that that’s a trick for the subconscious right to bypass the subconscious. Yeah. Right. Yeah. So is that similar?

Teanna Campbell 35:43
Yeah. So like, you were just saying, if you have grown up and been raised really poor, do you have that super strong, subconscious belief? And you’re trying to affirm over and over again, I am rich, your subconscious mind is like, No, you’re not. But if you’re asking it in the form of a question, your subconscious mind starts to go, hey, what? And you kind of trick it and so it starts to figure out how to make it true. So I wouldn’t say affirmations, affirmations, I wish you would have named it something else that was more distinguishable. But affirmations are definitely a better tool, especially when you’re starting then regular affirmations that everybody preaches.

Brandon Handley 36:32
Yeah, no. Absolutely feels like feels like feels like a nice trick, right? I feel like, you know, the brain, the mind, whatever you feel like calling it has to close a loop. Right? So if you ask it those questions, it’s like, it just wants to close that loop. It doesn’t really care. Just Just like, well, he asked, right, I need to find answers. So um, what is like one of your life? So? I love man, like I save like, all kinds of like the neville goddard ones. So the coin I haven’t, I think is one of my favorites. Right? Do you listen to his speeches when he’s talking? Or Geez. So yeah, do you have a favorite a nevel YouTube video?

Teanna Campbell 37:19
Oh, I kind of knew you were gonna ask something like this. And I was not prepared. I don’t have a favorite nevel YouTube. But there’s a book and it is his last book that was ever released. And I cannot remember the name of it because it’s on my phone. But it’s basically and you can only get it on Audible. Um, it’s a collection of a book he was working on before he died. And then some random speeches that were never like published anywhere else.

Brandon Handley 37:56
Okay. The full reader? No. Who’s got that one? Right. The full readers a one of those ones.

Teanna Campbell 38:06
Yeah, not a whole lot of his books together. This is something

Brandon Handley 38:09
something else. Well, I’ve got one audible credit. I am going to use

Teanna Campbell 38:15
telethon. Hold on. I have. I’m tricky. I have two phones. So give me such a burner and ridiculous.

Teanna Campbell 38:24
Yeah, no.

Unknown Speaker 38:28
No.

Brandon Handley 38:34
While you’re looking that up, I mean, do you see the space is, you know, growing becoming more acceptable. versing The, the you know, the conservatives base? Like, what are your thoughts on kind of where this is going? manifestation or mindset training and just kind of being in the space?

Teanna Campbell 38:59
I think that people are getting more and more. Um,

Teanna Campbell 39:10
it’s just becoming more accepted. And I think that by hearing your friends talk about it, or I’m hearing it talked about more on things like Instagram or YouTube or whatever it is. People are becoming more inclined to pay attention to it and to accept it. So I think it’s it’s making a big I hear more and more people talk about it all the time. Or people come to me and they’re like, Oh, yeah, I’ve actually heard about that. And I’m like,

Brandon Handley 39:52
say What? Get out of my spigot.

Teanna Campbell 39:54
It’s not this big secret anymore.

Unknown Speaker 39:56
Right right. Now I hear you. I hear you. And then I

Brandon Handley 40:04
was so I’m kind of waiting on you to to get your novel guy.

Teanna Campbell 40:08
No, I don’t know what my phone is doing. I want it. I think it might be this one called the infinite potential, but I’m not. It’s like 400 an hour. It’s not really 400. Yeah, infinite potential.

Unknown Speaker 40:24
Yeah. And what do you love about it?

Teanna Campbell 40:28
It’s not the typical

Teanna Campbell 40:32
stuff that you hear about nevel because it’s not, it wasn’t. It’s not one of his big books like feeling is the secret or any of those. So it’s not the same regurgitated stuff. This is like his, it’s more advanced level, but he also doesn’t speak quite so biblically. In some of it like he does in his previous works. It’s just a different vibe. And I’m sad. He never like actually finished all of the stuff he was working on. There is one book in there that is basically like taken straight out of the Bible. It’s not my favorite one. But it still has a lot of really good points to it.

Brandon Handley 41:20
Right. So I think it’s interesting, too. And I don’t think that we mentioned that yet that most of his stuff is out of the Bible. Right, like, right, you’re like, but when he talks about it, he talks about it in a way that I know I’d never heard about it. The Bible talks about that way. Right? Because if it was like, I still remember, the first time I heard I was listening to one of his books driving from North Carolina to New Jersey. And he’s talking, I got excited. I was like, this is it. I’m driving by myself like, right. Right. This is awesome. I mean, I was like, Why? Why? I was like that this book is now this book is cool.

Teanna Campbell 42:09
Right now this dude’s legit. Right? I’ll let him Yeah, I do. I love how he takes the Bible. I grew up in a very, very religious LDS household. What does that mean?

Brandon Handley 42:24
Oh, god. What LDS mean, okay. I don’t put it okay. Yeah.

Teanna Campbell 42:29
The Mormons. Have you ever heard of those

Brandon Handley 42:31
people? Yeah, they’re they’re out there. What is LDS stand for Latter Day Saints? That’s what it is. Okay.

Teanna Campbell 42:39
Yes, Latter Day Saints. I forget not everyone lives in Idaho, where there’s a mormon church on every corner. But we grew up I grew up super Mormon, and I never identified with it. So I was kind of like the black sheep of my family because I wasn’t all up in the

Unknown Speaker 43:02
Mormon.

Teanna Campbell 43:04
Hold version of shit. And they all use the scriptures all the time to harp on the way you should be. And so when Neville started using the Bible and explaining that it’s a guide for manifestation, and it’s not this historical book that we’re supposed to, like, emulate, I was like, Oh my god, I love this guy so much.

Brandon Handley 43:30
I love to try to get anybody in your family to listen to

Teanna Campbell 43:34
my immediate family, my mom and my sisters, my brother, they have all actually like crossed over to my side a bit more. Yeah. They are not Mormon II at all. And they will talk about manifestation and they will talk about the feeling and the focus, and I think it’s really fucking awesome.

Brandon Handley 43:56
I love it. Yeah. What would you say manifestation is when I’m manifesting? What am I?

Teanna Campbell 44:06
You are

Teanna Campbell 44:09
programming.

Teanna Campbell 44:12
Oh, there’s so many different ways. You can describe it in so many ways. But you’re programming your desired reality into your subconscious mind so that it manifests on the 3d physical plane.

Brandon Handley 44:24
You’re saying my brain is a 3d printer?

Teanna Campbell 44:27
Yes. Yes. Oh, that’s beautiful.

Teanna Campbell 44:33
Yeah, brain is a 3d printer.

Brandon Handley 44:35
That’s awesome. That’s awesome. Who else do you really love in this space? Um, outside of nevel that you kind of teach about,

Teanna Campbell 44:43
and Lauren so Val shin. She’s the mom. I love her so much.

Brandon Handley 44:49
Haha. She is awesome. She’s awesome.

Teanna Campbell 44:52
I don’t know how she is not preached everywhere. Like I don’t know where people decided. Abraham Hicks was Gonna be the one that everyone relied on but they are missing out on so much. Yeah, by not having Florence plastered everywhere, which and it’s

Brandon Handley 45:13
Hi, favorite affirmations from Florence Give me one or two. Because she’s she’s an affirmation queen. She’s a great affirmation queen.

Teanna Campbell 45:21
I don’t use hers.

Brandon Handley 45:24
All right, no, no, no worries. I gotta look one up because I

Teanna Campbell 45:26
have basically one affirmation that I use. Okay, and it’s not hers. What is it? Oh, it’s there’s nothing I can do to fuck this up. Who? I love it.

Brandon Handley 45:41
Love it. Nothing is as yours or do you have somebody you want

Teanna Campbell 45:48
I heard something similar from a YouTuber Her name is Jasmine. She teaches about like how to manifest this was a specific person, which I don’t really get into because I don’t give a shit about it. Um, but she said something similar to that. And I took it and adapted it to my language. And now it’s just basically the only one I use

Brandon Handley 46:12
a

Teanna Campbell 46:13
lot. What were you pulling up by Florida?

Brandon Handley 46:16
Like it’s like I love them all. So the thing that I love about forest is that hers like so she was an artist. So when she’s writes, he does a really good job of painting the picture, which is what you’re supposed to when you write but not everybody does it with the visuals that she can do. She’s got one that’s like talks about Here it is. Here’s one that I really like, I am harmonious happy and divinely magnetic and now draw to me my ships over comm See, that’s not the one I love, though.

Teanna Campbell 46:44
Like, I just like that one. I don’t love it.

Brandon Handley 46:46
Yeah, but she’s got so many and a couple of them. When I know when I was listening to her, like all times always listening to, you know, the game of life and how to play it and your word is your wand. Right? And one of them’s like, you know, I see lines in my path, and I walk up to them realize that they’re friendly. airedales, which is a type of dog, right? I didn’t know what airedales were for a while, but I finally was like their dog. Uh, but it’s true, right? You’re, the things that you are afraid of that are on your path. If you don’t walk up to them, you know, you, you’re always afraid of them. But when you walk up to them, you see that, you know, they probably provide more benefit than other another thing that between I was listening to her nevel all the time. And it was the idea of just giving all your worries over to God but I also translated God into my subconscious because of, of nevel right and I was like, God all makes fucking sense as like if I just if I just give it over to like the 95% that pumps my you know, pumps my blood grows my hair grows my nails and does a bunch of other shit that even if I didn’t know how to do it, I wouldn’t be able to do it any better than it already does. Right? Why don’t I just go ahead and let that part of me do that.

Teanna Campbell 48:10
That’s where mine comes from. There’s nothing I can do to fuck this up. Like I if my subconscious or my god self, whatever you want to call it is handling it. My little mere human pimply body like can’t mess it up. So it’s exactly the same thing. Hello. I love them. I love them. I love them. Right.

Brandon Handley 48:35
Right. And I agree, right? If you’re if you’re out there, and if you’re in manifestation land, and you haven’t checked, either one of them out nevel is is different, highly. I personally, I mean, I don’t know about you, Tiana. Like I love how he talks like there’s nothing better than like kind of driving down the road and listening to Neville talk.

Teanna Campbell 48:58
Right? Except you do have to be careful. There was one book I got from Audible, and the narrator was terrible. And I just listened to the whole thing. And I’m like, that is not what the fuck never would say like, I knew it was his words. It was not his tonality or his voice and I was so traumatized.

Brandon Handley 49:22
There’s a guy out there, just I have Brant that reads a lot of his stuff. And he does a good job, but he’s still you can’t so the recommendation here is if you go find some nevel on YouTube, do not you must you must listen to him deliver it in person because his cadence is, was that a lilt to his voice right? Like he’s just very, very, you know, Barbados. Just I love it. Right.

Unknown Speaker 49:51
And yeah,

Brandon Handley 49:52
yeah, check out some forums. What else do you love about Florence?

Teanna Campbell 49:58
Why do you have it She’s just straight to the point. I think that’s really that’s how I teach. I don’t do a lot of the fluff and the pomp and circumstance that like Abraham Hicks throws into it. Um, I like it very direct and to the point, and that is exactly how far it’s like if you’ve ever looked at her books or books or this small. Yeah, it’s because she’s not about

Unknown Speaker 50:26
God want more, right?

Teanna Campbell 50:26
She’s like, this is it. This is what you need to know. Go do. That’s it. And I love that about. Yeah,

Brandon Handley 50:33
that’s cool. It’s perfect. What are you like, I just love her. Like I said, she paints great pictures. She has good affirmations. She’s very clear, succinct. And it just all makes sense, right? Once in once you kind of get into this the flow and the pattern of this space. She’s simple. It’s easy, right? Keep it simple, stupid, right? And that’s what she does. She keeps it simple. She doesn’t try to like you said add anything to it. I think

Teanna Campbell 51:05
she has a quote as she starts one of her books by basically saying keep it simple, stupid, but she doesn’t say stupid. She said something else. But that’s how she starts her book. She’s like, keep it simple.

Brandon Handley 51:16
Yeah. Yeah. It doesn’t have to be. It doesn’t have to be everything else. Right. One question for you. Right? Be if I’ve got a, you know, money block, right? If I’m having a problem with getting over that in my life, what’s the quickest way I can get over that?

Teanna Campbell 51:37
evaluate your relationship with yourself? I mean,

Teanna Campbell 51:44
yes. Oh, every time it’s when somebody has a money blog, it usually has to do with the way they feel about themselves. It has almost never really that much to do with the money. It has to do with they don’t like the way they look. They don’t like that they didn’t graduate high school. They don’t like that. They haven’t had a lasting relationship. They don’t whatever it is, they don’t like about themselves. They’re translating it over into their bank account. By healing your relationship with yourself. The money heals on its own. Pretty much every time.

Brandon Handley 52:25
keepin it simple. I love it. Where should people go to find you?

Teanna Campbell 52:32
I’m Tiana Campbell on YouTube.

Brandon Handley 52:36
You’re blowing up? They’re blowing up there. I know.

Unknown Speaker 52:42
Why yes, I am. Alright, Tana Campbell over on YouTube. Thank you, Brandon. Yeah, thank you for being on today.

Teanna Campbell 52:50
It was really fun. I appreciate it. Thank you.

She has also published writer for a spiritual parenting column play three years And then she runs a spiritual internet-based community with close to 800 members called soulful goddess and meditation channel on YouTube and a motivational page called Living

Leah Vanderlinden 1:12
life with Leah. Leah. Thanks for coming on. That was a mouthful, wasn’t it? It was

Brandon Handley 1:17
sure I had to ask you. I should have right column play for three years is it or was it just a column column play?

Leah Vanderlinden 1:25
That’s called it writing air. Okay, I

Brandon Handley 1:27
was like I read earlier today and I saw that but so and here’s something that I think is kind of funny too. So for those of you that are 10 and Julie and I have known each other around three years now right, like kind of back and forth through Facebook and different communities. So you know, kind of got this running dialogue already gone. So that’s why it started off like this.

Unknown Speaker 1:52
The The one thing that

Brandon Handley 1:55
I like to start this off with is you know, I like to think That spirit God whatever the creator speaks through some right now we You and I are acting as like a conduit vessel, call it what you will to somebody out there that needs to hear this today. And my question is asking you what do they need to hear today?

Leah Vanderlinden 2:19
I think first and foremost is that they matter

Unknown Speaker 2:23
instead is their voice. Yeah.

Brandon Handley 2:30
I love it. It’s true, right? You do matter and and your voices. You’re given a voice and it’s kind of meant to be heard. Right? I saw somebody earlier today post, like, if you’re, if you’re, if you’re talking, you know, and you’re not listening, you’re not learning if I was like, Well, how do you ask the questions if you don’t open your mouth, right. I mean, you know, something, you know, but you’re giving a voice as opposed to use it right singing whatever. podcasting, you know, being on a stage Doing whatever and you always have to kind of enjoy. Life is life is a state right? So usually then the other part that I want to hit on was you writing the whole I want to make sure one little pauses for a second. Oh my god. So you were you shared your write up today with me. Right? And, and and you wrote you’re like I could keep going on I hate writing these things. And and I had, you know, Paresh was on my show, Jews want to reason episode pressure off and I did the same intro for him and he’s like, I hate it I hate like, you know that thing I feel like that’s like the I feel like that’s the entry thing for like my mom or like a business thing and, and you know,

Unknown Speaker 3:48
but

Brandon Handley 3:50
there’s so much that you’ve done to be proud of too, right? So like, why not kind of like, honor what is done right and just be like, you know what about us and I’m gonna keep writing this stuff out and tell somebody like do you have the shortened version of that right? Can we condense it? Or you know, okay, I’ll take it but the thing that my next question would be that and so you know what about a life resume or like how would you would you would use if you didn’t feel like it had to be a professional script about you what would you say about yourself

Leah Vanderlinden 4:26
I think long story short short would just be

I’m just a girl that refuses to give up Hmm, now I’ve been like I think almost all of us out there then given some times what would be labeled as a difficult you know deck of cards. I just continue to choose to keep reshuffling

Unknown Speaker 4:49
I love it a lot. No, that’s great.

Brandon Handley 4:50
That’s great. And I I did not know that you were so deep in like all these other spaces. I know. I know. We’ve been buddies for a while but I didn’t realize you bet. I had it for like 17 years, I didn’t realize you had all these certifications. And I just knew that you were somebody who’s in the crystals and saging and, and mermaid water.

Leah Vanderlinden 5:11
mermaid water. Right.

Brandon Handley 5:14
And so the gist of this podcast was like, you know, so you’ve been kind of doing a spiritual work, spiritually focused work for you would say seven the past 17 years then.

Leah Vanderlinden 5:26
Yes. Okay, that time I didn’t know that’s what it was called, you know, I just knew that I was in a field that was helping people. And people were trying so hard to help these clients, but the clients just weren’t getting results. And so I just wanted to like, I just felt like I was put there to find another way to help them if that makes sense. And at the time, I didn’t know this stuff was all quote unquote, spiritual, like journaling. Yeah, breathing was the way to calm people down and get them out of that moment. You know, and teach them that life is bigger than just that moment. Hmm,

Brandon Handley 6:09
yeah, no, that’s huge. That’s huge. Um, I love I love the idea of journaling and to kind of get your ideas out of your head and onto the paper before you to write. So it’s really just like a transplant of, is it still, in my mind? Was it on this piece of paper, and to kind of just really transfer quite literally not just write it out, but I want to transfer it like energetically to this piece of paper in front of me and out of my head.

Leah Vanderlinden 6:38
Right, exactly. It’s just a form of really thing.

Brandon Handley 6:41
And so you also bring up a great point and saying, you know, you don’t realize I think when you initiate your journey, that it’s a spiritual one. So when do you feel like you

Unknown Speaker 6:56
started calling it the spiritual journey spirit Your practice?

Leah Vanderlinden 7:02
You know, I think it was when when people labeled it that because I always just have had ever since I was a kid, I’ve just had this kind of greater note, like, I would say, greater knowing but this desire to connect to something bigger. And I always knew there was something bigger. But I always felt like it was outside of me. And I think when I, like started learning about spirituality, I think the biggest lightbulb moment for me was really realizing it was actually inside of me. And it wasn’t something I had to go search for as cheesy as that sounds. And they didn’t need to bring it to me either.

Brandon Handley 7:41
Oh, sure. And I love it. Right. So you don’t it doesn’t sound it only sounds cheesy if you haven’t had the experience. Right. And that’s, that’s a big part of it. Right? You’re like Alright, well, when you stop, pause, and you realize that all the cliches have like this huge impact here. Hey, it’s since it you deep within you, you’ve got to go with it. And you’re like, you’re like I just went within and it was empty bro. There was nothing there. Right? And that’s the person who’s not really there yet right? Or I was talking about my mom was always like, you got to practice your awareness. I was like, do you see me hitting any walls? see everybody out here right? But what she meant was like kind of this, this, this like inner awareness and so I can relate to when it sounded cheesy to now I’m like, Nah, you This is real. You got to pay attention, right?

Leah Vanderlinden 8:41
And the power of observation, hmm. like sitting back and not trying to dissect everything or always needing to know the answers but really just observing and seeing what that teaches you

Brandon Handley 8:55
a lot love it. So I like to call it like the business right like That’s just what it is. Right? That’s just the business about what’s going on around me. There’s no there’s no separation from anything that just simply is. And I’m not labeling anything. I’m not trying to put words to anything. I’m not trying to outline anything and it just is, right.

Unknown Speaker 9:18
Isn’t it business?

Unknown Speaker 9:24
The business

Unknown Speaker 9:33
is the business. So

Unknown Speaker 9:36
that’s funny. Uh huh. So

Brandon Handley 9:41
so you weren’t calling it spiritual until everybody else started calling spiritual. So the walk me through that.

Leah Vanderlinden 9:49
I would call it more searching like, I was just always like I said, I was just always kind of hungry to deeply connect and when I was little, I was blessed. That my my parents I wasn’t raised in a spiritual home or a religious home. But my parents gave me the gift of being able to choose that I wanted to go to church and I literally got to pick the religion and everything. Sure. What sold me was Vacation Bible School. They had a cute flyer and it said free snacks.

Brandon Handley 10:18
You know, we all like some free snacks, some Kool Aid and like, you know, some type of coffee cake and, you know, I’ve been there. I know what it’s like,

Leah Vanderlinden 10:28
little sandwich cookies, you know, I went and I remember being like, even that little being deeply intrigued by Oh, wow, there’s this person that will fully accept me. And all that I am and all that I’m not and love where I’m at. And then the more I went I got so confused because my Wow, wait a minute. Okay, they’re gonna love me, but I have to follow certain guidelines. those rules. Yeah. And if they don’t, if I don’t follow these guidelines, I’m gonna burn in hell. Mike, what’s up. And so I remember being really confused by a lot of the message. But I still felt that even amongst all that confusion, there was some truth in it. So I just was blessed that I, like I said that my parents gave me the freedom to continue to explore different face. And that led me to where I was about 18 I walked into what is called a metaphysical store.

Brandon Handley 11:32
Was it a Christian Science stop shop? Or was it like a Christian Science reading room? Or was it a metaphysical space? I mean,

Leah Vanderlinden 11:38
it was metaphysical. But to be honest, I didn’t know what that meant. I just, oh, there’s cute crystals and books about, you know, self acceptance and all and books about things I had never heard before.

Unknown Speaker 11:51
I mean, at age 18, okay.

Leah Vanderlinden 11:54
And so I remember being really drawn to just, you know, diving And learning things. And there was a crystal class at that time. And it was a crystal meditation. And so I, I’m like, super excited, and I bring my little yoga mat and I go in, and everybody’s laying down, you know. And next thing I know, they’re starting to chant, and I was like, oh, Lord, Jesus.

Unknown Speaker 12:20
I gotta go.

Leah Vanderlinden 12:23
I’m just trying to find God, I don’t have my full soul.

But I have to say, that I have never felt so free to make, you know, just by simply letting go and having no expectations, making weird sounds and breathing. And not really caring if I was judged in that moment, but more so seeing what this taught me, you know, kind of observation. And that is really what started the journey was going to that little meditation class. And there was like this light bulb. That went off like every Sunday. For years, I didn’t realize how much I went to church and depended on someone else to create a relationship for me with God. I would sit there and I would be moved by the pastor’s words I would show by their relationship with the Bible, their relationship to God. But I wasn’t really doing the work as much as I thought I was to be doing those things for me. And then when I started doing spirituality, I started doing that work and eliminating the middleman, if that makes sense.

Brandon Handley 13:32
Yeah, not me though. Like, I mean, so when you started doing the spirituality, what’s up mean?

Leah Vanderlinden 13:37
Meaning I started to see what God meant to me. And I started removing what all I’ve been taught, and started teaching myself meaning I learned to listen and not pray all the time with like a wish list. But more so pray to hear peanut butter, gonna need some

lovin marshmallow fluff.

But I craved more to hear and I started finding God through exercise and walking and just doing certain things. And that’s when I started hearing God louder. Like, God telling me why certain things happened. And it removed me from feeling like my life was against me, but instead My life was for me. Yeah, that’s the best, right? Yeah,

Brandon Handley 14:26
so that’s the coolest transition. I feel like you could really ever make that and what you’re saying here is that you’ve found God and everything that you were doing.

Leah Vanderlinden 14:37
Yeah. Yeah.

Unknown Speaker 14:42
What’s that like?

Leah Vanderlinden 14:46
It’s like, freedom and surrender, you know?

Brandon Handley 14:53
To pick those two words apart too, right? Like cuz I mean, and not by picking apart but it’s always nice to kind of go deeper into those words and they really what they mean to you because surrender You know, it can mean different things at different times in life and you know, I can even just a few years back I was like surrender isn’t me and now I’m like surrender.

Unknown Speaker 15:17
Right? So, yeah.

Unknown Speaker 15:24
So you know what and freedom to like

Unknown Speaker 15:29
you know we start when you start messing with freedom freedom from what to do what right like why is why is this freedom so important to us? And again I feel like that’s something that we look for outside of us,

Unknown Speaker 15:47
which is like God

Brandon Handley 15:49
kind of inside of us right? So So yeah, tell me a little bit about those two words and what they mean to you in this context.

Leah Vanderlinden 15:57
Okay, freedom for me as a I’m not having to. So like I have to conform to create a connection. So in many ways no longer being a sheep, but and that, you know, becoming the shepherd online.

Unknown Speaker 16:15
Yasser Shepherd of my own life I like that I like that a lot

Unknown Speaker 16:28
you know, that’s right. I’m

Unknown Speaker 16:32
gonna get shut down. Have you gotten started?

Unknown Speaker 16:38
Then Then surrender. Yeah, yeah so when there’s a great word Tell me what it means for you now.

Leah Vanderlinden 16:47
For me it really is and I know I’m being repetitive but

Unknown Speaker 16:53
it would be my need to control and always know have to know everything Letting Go those mean letting surrender those moments to something outside of yourself. Yeah you call

Brandon Handley 17:06
it God do you call it like a university and what are your what’s your what’s your choice? Because I’m still kind of Alec Hartnett, right? Oh my god this one’s god This one’s universe. Mitch, right?

Unknown Speaker 17:19
Because yes, so are you calling What are you calling it

Leah Vanderlinden 17:23
you know I do the same thing I guess I’m gonna another car girl myself so like are so all go from source because I love that word that that to me makes a lot of sense. But there’s definitely days I say universe and not just what I’m in the mood for because it really to me is all pretty much the same thing. Sure.

Brandon Handley 17:44
Okay, interchangeable. So you’re surrendering your control to God, the universe, etc. Right? So I’m just saying.

Leah Vanderlinden 17:55
Yeah, and just

And Mike and my, my desire I guess to constantly control

like this, this need to always know the outcome. Yeah,

because that to me doesn’t really give God the universe source whatever you want to choose today the magical unicorn dragon, right? give God the freedom to actually do what we believe God is going to do if I am already, you know, have this preconceived idea how my life is going to play out. I have to surrender a little bit to say, Okay, this is what I want, but ultimately, you know, I have to be open to seeing how it’s gonna come.

Brandon Handley 18:42
No, I love that too. And I think I’ve tried tying that into I just did a podcast on vision, right? Like how in the end like your vision is kind of like the end goal result in everything you see coming through and foreign to you.

Unknown Speaker 18:58
And the Middle,

Unknown Speaker 19:00
it’s left up to God the universe to kind of help you manifest that, right. And

Brandon Handley 19:07
I think I’m hearing you say like, you know, I’ve got this desire, here’s how I see it happening. And this is the only track that I see happening, right. And the thing that happens is when we’re like, this is the only track I see happening. And that’s the only telling you’re looking down. That’s the only thing you’re able to see.

Unknown Speaker 19:23
Right? Because

Brandon Handley 19:25
you’ve got your mind set on, this is how it’s gonna happen. You won’t be open to all the other possibilities of how it’s happening for you. So I like to say, you know, you don’t have to know how it’s gonna happen, but look for the evidence that it is happening for you.

Leah Vanderlinden 19:41
Yeah, cuz if you think about it, I mean, that’s almost micromanaging God.

Unknown Speaker 19:45
I got no time.

Leah Vanderlinden 19:47
Yeah, I got to thinking, Okay, listen to me all the shit you want. I’m trying to give it to you like don’t tell me how to do it to look like

Brandon Handley 19:55
Lucy and Ethel all the chocolate conveyor right? With all your asks this is getting backed up.

Unknown Speaker 20:05
Let me do my thing.

Unknown Speaker 20:07
Like, you know when you’re with the kids, right they’re like, Can I get this? Like do you know what I’m doing right now?

Unknown Speaker 20:13
Right Can’t you see that I

Brandon Handley 20:14
am in process of providing the very thing that you’re asking me for. Right okay. So surrender and freedom I love I love kind of I love that I love that you brought those two words up surrenders been a newer one for me to accept into my vernacular, right? Like this word is not allowed. I’ll take it. I’ll take it. Let’s talk crystals and but let’s talk crystals. But before you do, right, I want to tell you a little bit of my recent thought on crystals. I thought, I don’t know anything about them aside from there they are. Right?

Unknown Speaker 20:52
Um, let’s start with a crystals are carbon

Unknown Speaker 20:58
right basically aren’t they carbon

Unknown Speaker 21:01
Pretty much

Unknown Speaker 21:02
Yeah, yeah. So

Unknown Speaker 21:04
work carving. Mm hmm.

Brandon Handley 21:07
What I love about crystals is that they are aligned structures that form over time in the same alignment over and over and over and over again that they’re, they’re so well aligned these layers that you can see through them and they formed like this kind of this awesome strengthened structure, right and they’re made of the exact same substance as us which is also a we carbon comes from stars, too. So I mean, that’s a new one for me, you know, so we are stars Stardust, quite literally but then these these crystals are just like, just like us, but just in this compressed

Unknown Speaker 21:49
you know, form

Unknown Speaker 21:50
and I love that. So I don’t know is that anywhere near? Kind of

Brandon Handley 21:58
how am I how am I doing my crystallization

Leah Vanderlinden 22:01
You would get like three gold stars if you were in my class.

Unknown Speaker 22:06
C suite.

Brandon Handley 22:09
Free snacks. Tell me what you got those. So I mean, so tell me about your attraction the crystals were and how you’re using them in your practices.

Leah Vanderlinden 22:19
Yeah, so I mean, like we were talking about earlier. And so the first time I actually just like, discovered crystals and purchased them a girlfriend and I, we were in high school. And we I think we got like a hobby lobby kind of thing. And I just thought they were pretty I didn’t understand that, you know, you could actually use them to system healing. And then after that meditation class I mentioned, I walked around that store and they had all these crystals and different bowls, and they were labeled what they can do, and I’m like, what, and I didn’t still really quite understand how they could do things to me. And then, one day, I just decide Added to, like, I’m like, if I’m going to use these and have these all over my house, I should actually figure out how they work. So, a crystal basically is kind of like a vessel that holds energy in many ways. And a lot of times how I like to explain to a client is that different crystals have different healing properties and they have different forms of energies in the that are held in that crystal, okay? So when you use those for healing, and you’re using them for meditation, they are just working with where you are low in energy and supplying it, you know, supplying the energy that you need to help get you back to the right level. So a lot of times when you walk into a crystal store, you don’t know how or why but you have this inner knowing, walk up to a crystal and you’re attracted to it. And then you start to read the little label and They’re like, wow, that’s exactly what I need. It’s like your energy recognizes somehow some way, the energy of the crystal and that you need it.

Unknown Speaker 24:13
So,

Brandon Handley 24:14
if I’m somebody who’s coming off the street, I’m like, that’s cool. So where’s it getting this energy from these crystals? Like, right? How is it stored and questions like that? Yeah.

Leah Vanderlinden 24:24
So a crystal is a lot like, I like to refer to it as it’s a lot like food because it has nutrients in it in many ways. So when we get fruit and we get vegetables, they were getting that energy from the sun. We’re getting it from the elements right from the energy of the moon, from the water from the soil, and the earth does this magnificent thing and create and allows us to have this piece of food, right? Well, crystals are the same way. Many of them are formed in caves and underground and seven water and so they’re getting all This high vibrational energy from source, right? All those things. And so it’s just like in many ways that food that you need that when you’re eating healthy, how you feel better. And it has like an orange has all this vibration to heal you and to give you an accident and make you feel better when you’re sick. Well crystals the same way it’s getting the energy from the earth, and very few of us do that anymore. Very few of us actually are getting that nutrients from food like we are meant to. Very few of us are getting it spiritually by praying, meditating like we’re meant to. And so when you interact with a crystal, in many ways, you’re just allowing yourself to get the nutrients that your soul needs. Now, it’s not this magical. Some people may may beg to disagree, but it’s not this magical thing that you’re going to hold. And it’s just going to do all that work for you. What is the programmable tool So when you pick up that crystal how it really is going to work and and amplify your healing as you’re setting the intention with combining it with spiritual work, or doing work.

Brandon Handley 26:14
Yeah, no. So look for any naysayer, right let’s let’s take a look at let’s take a look at sick look at watches quartz watches let’s take a look at radios. Look we’ll look at radios right so your radio your radio is um you know for us old heads that had like the tuni you know knob and dial and it wasn’t digital yet. The the making part of this up because I don’t know hundred percent. I’m pretty sure like there’s a electric coil around the courts inside the radio receiver. And what you’re doing is you’re tuning that crystal To a certain frequency through electromagnetic pulses, and that’s set to receive, right? And so you as a human, whether you like it or not, are an electromagnetic device, and should you choose so I’m going to go out on a limb here and say some of these crystals have, you know, properties that are tuned to certain frequencies that, you know, I’m sure somebody really felt like doing a study and saying, you know, Amethyst, you know, resonates at a certain vibration, that if you tune yourself to that resonance, you’re gonna get those healing vibrations that come from that crystal.

Leah Vanderlinden 27:41
That was freakin amazing. Thank you for saving me on that one. Yeah, no, that was absolutely perfect. And that’s exactly right. Right. And that’s when when you’re combining, you know, when you’re doing meditation and you’re focusing on healing your heart, and then you hold a crystal that has that vibration of a healthy heart. Passion, that same frequency, what you’re doing as you’re setting that intention and not in too many, in many ways to happen for you as well. I love it. Right. And so many things. I mean, even in medication like when when you think of zinc and you think of minerals, right? depression meds, I mean, crystals are linked back to that and even in the Bible, rubies, sapphires, all of that a lot like essential oils.

Unknown Speaker 28:28
It’ll cure everything.

Leah Vanderlinden 28:29
Well, I mean, raise your vibration,

Brandon Handley 28:31
right now teas on the essential oil. So So let’s talk about another thing that is kind of a and I want to I want to just kind of loop back in here too. So the big part of this podcast is, you know, how you lead spiritually for a more fulfilling life. Right? And part I want to just kind of went back, you know, part of what it was was, you know, you were already kind of leading this life. You were Looking you were seeking? At some point, it just kind of merged for you, right? You no longer separated your spiritual self from your everyday material self. Right? And you you you’ve found for you that it’s been more fulfilling, right for you. Is that fair to say?

Leah Vanderlinden 29:23
Yes. And

Brandon Handley 29:24
you’re having success with it in you know, I know you’ve got, you know, you have regular jobs, but you’ve also got, I want to say regular jobs. I’m talking like corporate america gig, right? But you’ve also got this other space where you can go and you teach and you help others to kind of unlock certain aspects of themselves. And there’s so much fulfillment in that for you. I’m imagining

Leah Vanderlinden 29:47
there really is.

Brandon Handley 29:48
Yeah. And so, you know, there’s practical application here too. So like we talked about the crystals. So like, you know, get it out of your head that like there’s a bunch of this woowoo Voodoo and take into account that there is science using these and and kind of make those links yourself right? Like how if this is being used like you said even the medications, right like how is it being used the medication? Is it the actual chemical? Or is it the bio makeup of like all the crust crystals that you’re ingesting? Who knows? I don’t know. I’m gonna throw that one out there though, right? God, you know, um, you know what, because literally when we when it kind of boils down to it, it’s a bunch of minerals or a bunch of salts, right? Which are a bunch of crystals and when you put them all together in a certain makeup, you know How’s that? What’s it doing? I don’t know. I’m not a scientist, but it doesn’t hurt to just kind of have those questions and wonder, right? They Well, you know, is there something to this? Is there something to

Unknown Speaker 30:52
tuning yourself right, let’s see what’s,

Unknown Speaker 30:55
what is the show?

Leah Vanderlinden 30:58
Okay, so yeah, so Deeksha is It’s called it’s a third eye awakening, it’s a third eye opening. And so a practice that a lot of people refer to as what’s called a oneness blessing giver. And it’s just where the person really tunes into the frequency of I’m opening the third eye and they just kind of they don’t physically touch you, they just basically send you all their energy over your third eye send you healing send you golden energy to just awaken and expand your awareness and your connection back to the connector. So it’s kind of like, I like to tell people it’s basically like putting windshield wipers on your third eye and closing out all the debris meaning all the mobile self talk and all the limiting beliefs.

Allow yourself to really just hear

Unknown Speaker 31:54
God I need a full on powerwash

Unknown Speaker 31:59
full on powerwash

Brandon Handley 32:02
Let’s, let’s talk. Let’s talk though like I mean, third eye, right? In this context, what are you saying when you say third eye?

Leah Vanderlinden 32:12
Yeah, so your third eye is. So what I’m referring to is an energy center, and that is the center in your body, where energy resides. And so most the time when we refer to that we’re talking about emotional energy. And so your lower region of your body, your lower chakra system, right? That’s all pretty much emotional based stuff. So that’s you’re talking about, like, maybe words that have been said to you, when you’re a child that are stuck there, that you’re going to respond to something or you’re in a relationship, you’re not sure why you’re reacting certain ways that might have suppressed emotions from memories that are related to trauma or related to an experience that changed you from that point forward. Another way, right? So all energy centers on the bottom are more emotional. However, once you get past the throat area, then you’ve got more spiritual centers. And these are the centers where we receive our intuition, our inner knowing our inner guidance, and we really receive those, you know those conversations with God. And when I or your energy center right in between the brow is clogged with all these past words that may, you know, be preventing you from actually hearing, then your what you think is your intuition. Thinking that’s leading you the right way that’s putting these people in your life or taking those people out. But that’s actually your emotions you haven’t healed, not your intuition.

Unknown Speaker 33:51
Interesting.

Leah Vanderlinden 33:52
When you work on meditating for an example, and you breathe, you literally let out those tracks. Emotions just like why people when they work out they’re like, God, I feel so much better. Sure. Yeah, right. Yeah, sure releasing endorphins and you’re creating new hormones in your body that you need, but you’re also breathing and you’re relieved by being out of breath. Right out that emotion, those suppressed emotions. So you when we’re talking about the third eye, we’re basically just talking about a storage unit. Where kind of God’s little golden nuggets come through are meant to come through Deeksha work you’re basically just cleaning it out so that you hear God and not hear stuff from your past you don’t need to be hearing.

Unknown Speaker 34:46
I like that. I like the idea.

Unknown Speaker 34:49
And

Brandon Handley 34:51
we would think like kind of like a piercing the veil or lifting the veil, right? We would think to like, I don’t know that different parts. To the brain so well but you know, you go from your, your lizard brain to your frontal cortex piece, right? So you go from being driven by your emotions and feeling things versus feeling those things and then taking kind of that snap moment to think, why am I feeling this thing? What is this thing that I’m feeling right? And actually processing it

Unknown Speaker 35:25
for a moment and being with that feeling,

Brandon Handley 35:29
right. I think that that to me sounds sounds a little bit like kind of like making that connection and, and helping clear out the frontal junk.

Unknown Speaker 35:39
But it also sounds a lot like, you know, we put the meditation together with NLP, right? Yeah. And so NLP

Brandon Handley 35:49
I don’t think was really designed, you know, to for Shadow Work and, and Deeksha and all that stuff. But when you when you combine it, you say that’s exactly what you’re doing. Right. So it’s real similar. Right, because it’s very heavily image and visual driven, right, which a lot of us don’t spend too much time because we’re spending so much time consuming content instead of closing our eyes and creating it with our own capabilities, right. And when you do the Deeksha work with somebody, you’re teaching them how to visualize how to get out of their own way, how to connect them with their creative source.

Leah Vanderlinden 36:26
Yeah, and connect them back to their body. So what’s really cool about the show or chakra work or crystals, right, is learning how powerful your body is. So when we were talking about the third eye, I also wanted to touch on this too. So not only does it connect you to your intuition, to your insight to your imagination, your concentration, your wisdom, and your perception. It also is connected to health things in your body, right so it’s also connected to your nose to yours. How will you hear others how Well, listen. And ironically, as weird as it sounds, your left eye, not your right, just your left eye like filthy. And it’s like if you have a lot of headaches, if you have sleeping problems, hormonal imbalance, sinus issues, that also is related to your third eye. And that’s when that means that you have neglected over the years, right to actually listen and honor that third eye and now it’s overcompensating and so because of that there’s a clog, or there’s like we said, debris in the powerwash.

Unknown Speaker 37:37
You know, not mess up. For sure.

Leah Vanderlinden 37:40
When center.

Brandon Handley 37:42
Well, you know, I’m still you know, I’m not I’m not real deep on my chakras either. And that’s okay.

Leah Vanderlinden 37:49
It’s another day.

Brandon Handley 37:50
That’s, I mean, that’s something that you know, I got a I’ve got a look at, it’s funny, I took a spiritual coaching course it was like all of like, 20 minutes long. But I was like, Really? I was like, but I did. I was like, but I did pay 10 bucks for it. So that’s cool. I got what I deserved for that one

Unknown Speaker 38:14
didn’t overpay I didn’t under pay.

Brandon Handley 38:17
But a big part of it. And I haven’t done this yet. And I’m sure that it will actually have an advantage. This is all like, in the course is like, here’s your seven chakras, like highlight each one now go study. I’m like, that’s it. That’s, that’s okay. I can do that. Huh? Okay. I’m telling you about it, but I’m not going to tell you about it.

Unknown Speaker 38:38
Sorry.

Brandon Handley 38:39
Sorry. The chakras. Sorry, cuz I gotta get into, um, you know, I think something pretty cool too is, you know, you just sent your son out. Now he’s, you know, off the bootcamp. raising a child, I think really draws that

Unknown Speaker 38:58
inner

Unknown Speaker 39:00
out of you.

Brandon Handley 39:01
Right whatever’s in there. That’s to me why I think they call children a blessing, right, like, because they’re gonna pull at your heartstrings and they’re gonna show you some things about yourself that you probably haven’t been paying attention to. Right, um, and all that, how do you feel like you’ve passed? I mean, he joined the military, right? So like, I’m really curious kind of how he, what, how, how you taught him, you know, what you’ve taught him and how he carries that as he goes into this position?

Leah Vanderlinden 39:36
Well, I would like to tell you, I taught him a whole bunch of things, but I think more than anything, he taught me a whole bunch of things. And he’s a big part of my spirituality, a lot of things that I thought I healed from, came up at different ages of his life for me, that I didn’t realize I still was holding. In other words, you

Unknown Speaker 39:58
know, give me one

Leah Vanderlinden 40:01
Just a rejection and judgment as a teenager. I didn’t realize how much I still carry that with, with feeling that same way from other teenagers when I hit and then when he does that, to me, it brings me right back, you know, to be felt like I’m a part of walking in the scene of Mean Girls. But he taught he just, he taught me different perspectives, and how to no matter how frustrated I’ve been or angry, I’ve gotten with him to find different ways to connect to him. When we’ve had brief periods where we have been deeply disconnected from each other, he’s taught me to just find a different approach to learn how to love him.

Yeah, I don’t even know how to say anything else.

Brandon Handley 41:01
Children, right really teach us kind of how to do unconditional love, right? If you didn’t know how to do it before.

Unknown Speaker 41:09
Children can help you learn how to love unconditionally, right? How to

Brandon Handley 41:18
release judgment how to you’re talking about, you know, surrender that control, right? Like, I’d really like it if you turn out like this type of thing and versus versus, you know, how can I help you with what you want, right? How can I help you with what you want from your life? And I think children need some guidance, obviously, like, you know, but if they’re so focused on this one thing, instead of keeping them away from it, how can I bring that closer to you so that a, you can either get tired of it faster, right? And find out that it’s not for you because the longer I hold it away from you, the more you want it, right? As a child and an assembly here, you know, have at it. And five minutes later usually they’re done with that type of thing. So now that’s yes powerful, right? Cuz I mean, look, that was another place that you and I connected years ago to was just when I was doing, you know, the fatherhood journey, you know, are there for the rest of us podcasts and we kind of have that in common just trying to work with parents and and

Unknown Speaker 42:21
keeping

Unknown Speaker 42:27
under.

Unknown Speaker 42:39
Back, you okay?

Brandon Handley 42:43
Man, but you know, so I love I love how children kind of our big play a big part, right. And I also think that you’ve been able to lead by example to by following your heart and showing them that would you say that’s been true for what you do?

Leah Vanderlinden 42:58
For sure. And I think what The things that I have tried to teach him more than anything is I haven’t ever, like, tried to sugarcoat that I have times where I screw up.

I’ve never tried to hide that from him.

And I also wanted him to see the vulnerability of what rough times bring you You know, I’ve been very vocal with him that there. The depression is something that I struggle with at times. And I want him to see that I’m always trying to find another way to help myself right.

Unknown Speaker 43:35
Be a jerk, but is there a crystal for that?

Leah Vanderlinden 43:38
There is actually I mean, there’s crystals to us. Sure that informs right so now one, the biggest one for me honestly, is when you mentioned earlier is clear quartz crystal, Master crystal and I’ll just hold that and sometimes I will just literally say like, God take the same anxiety from me. Feel like in my mind’s eye Feel like it goes into the crystal? And I’m sure out of my body.

Brandon Handley 44:04
Yes, what we’re talking about earlier, right, you know, the energy transference, you know, from inside, like you’ve talked, we talked about journaling, right? You know, transferring that energy or, you know, surrendering those aspects of yourself to

Unknown Speaker 44:20
a higher power, right, you know, um, you know,

Brandon Handley 44:25
was a couple of lines, you know, that it’s always like, I get my problems over to God, Jesus, take the wheel, all that stuff, right, you know, it’s just like, let’s something else, it’s a higher power take care of it sometimes. I’ll call it you know, just my subconscious, right? Well, because that’s the whole thing right here. It pumps my blood. It uh, you know, it grows my hair. It makes what I don’t know how it does it.

Unknown Speaker 44:50
What I’m doing, I’m done and don’t give don’t give it to me to handle.

Brandon Handley 44:55
Right. There’s something that knows way more than I do to can deal with it. Problem

Leah Vanderlinden 45:01
writer right in saying the other day I posted this the other day. You know when we’re when we become parents. Everyone tells us like oh, it takes a village takes a village takes a village. Couldn’t be more true. But for some reason as an adults, we have been given this like this illusion that we have to do it all alone. You know we should we should battle our depression alone we should do it in private we should do this alone. But these tools that we’re mentioning today, they’re a part of your village you know to help you heal. Crystal if you’re like struggling and see what it does I have physically when I’ve been in my darkest moments, I used to wear this little pink rose quartz crystal when I felt like I had barely any love left to give and it’s a little you know, literally like a little dragon pebble thing and I would put it in sorry Brandon but I put it in a brawl.

Brandon Handley 45:59
This is all that I got.

Unknown Speaker 46:02
Want to take it?

Leah Vanderlinden 46:05
And I would say to her before I would put it in there, I would say, you know, God show me different ways to love myself today, you know, some action. And it was crazy that within a few weeks of wearing that every day, how this pink crystals started to have literally like brown speckles and change color. And it was like the things from me that were not in alignment with what I was saying or being pulled out of me and pulled into this crystal,

Unknown Speaker 46:33
like a certain filter. So

Unknown Speaker 46:36
that’s trainable. I love it. No,

Brandon Handley 46:39
I mean, yeah, totally. Like, you know, it’s just it’s your son at the energy and you know, is said that you’re not necessarily even trying to send it to the universe, right? You’re like, here’s some things that I don’t want in me anymore. I want to love more. But I also don’t want to send that out to the universe. Take that from me, which isn’t serving me We’ll call that.

Leah Vanderlinden 47:01
Yeah, it’s like grounding. You know, when you go out and you take your shoes off and you ask what exactly what you just said, you asked that to be removed from you and put back into the earth or put back into, you know, give them back to the creator and you walk barefoot and you allow yourself to ground. That’s what you do with the crystals. And then you just make sure you cleanse them and charge them and then you can use them over again.

Unknown Speaker 47:22
I think that was a question too, like, you know, is there a recharging station? Is it like your iPad?

Brandon Handley 47:27
is low on this one, I’m gonna have to how do you do that? How’s that work?

Leah Vanderlinden 47:32
So back to this village, right that God that we’ve been so blessed to begin when we are talking about things that that help us, right. So the moon is one of those, the moon is very much like a human it goes and with different emotions. It’s very emotional, right? So you have different phases of the moon, that help with different things in your life. You’ve got certain moons that help you shed emotion you got certain moons that help you with manifestation with letting go different things like that. So depending on what it is you’re working on and healing on, you’ll want to charge those crystals in the window seal or you can charge them in soil outside during specific moons of what it is that you’re working on. That helps cleanse it. Putting it in soil, like I mentioned, helps ground it and cleanse it too. You can also use just like a very inexpensive, it’s called cell A night. And it kind of looks like a wand and is crystal and you just place them on top of there and it cleanses them as well.

Unknown Speaker 48:36
Love it. Love it.

Leah Vanderlinden 48:38
Just wanting a ton of energy. You can place them in the windowsill with the sun, but just be aware it’s gonna give you really intense energy. It’s different.

Brandon Handley 48:48
I think we need like you’re talking about the moon and all the different aspects we need. We need a calendar for that thing. Which I’m sure exists, right like this is the one that’s gonna be like all your emotions. Here’s the one that And here’s the one has just charted out for so we know to expect. So you also, you run a bunch of different courses sounds like you You do different courses with meditations around like once a month, give or take, is that is that right?

Leah Vanderlinden 49:19
Yeah, I’m always trying to think of new ways to just, you know, create ways to to help people connect back to themselves. And right now we’re doing just a meditation challenge each month. So we just spend 30 days doing different forms of meditation, and kind of introducing people to different styles. A lot of people think meditations one way and it’s just a Kumbaya, breathe in, breathe out. And I love teaching people that there are hundreds of different forms of meditation. You just got to find the one that works best for you.

Brandon Handley 49:52
Sure, sure. And so and I guess I have a question. Do you do some breath work with you do breath work on an individual basis? Is that correct?

Leah Vanderlinden 50:01
Yeah, I tend to like to do those more in a private setting as opposed to in a group I’ll do them when I teach at a yoga studio. I’ll do that because I’m there to physically guide them. But breathwork can be very intense when you’re working with a guide that person knows specific breathing techniques to breathe out that emotional kind of baggage that we were talking about with without you having to relive it. However, sometimes you don’t know what’s going to happen with that client they may have an outburst of crying hysterically or laughing and they don’t necessarily want to do that around a ton of other people.

Brandon Handley 50:41
No sound sounds it’s a very personal cuz there’s it’s an energy release. Right? I mean, and and sometimes you can be hysterics, right and it could be something that they haven’t felt for so long, right and it’s just a lot packed up. Fan a tiny little ball right there and just right. When, you know, so I know you’ve got the courses going, you’re doing the one on ones people should connect with you, I think that they should. Sounds like you’ve got a waitlist as well for some of your courses. But before we get that the one last thing I want to touch on with the breath work is

Unknown Speaker 51:23
when we get down to it, most of us don’t even know how to breathe correctly. So if we’ve jacked up that fundamental

Brandon Handley 51:35
thing that we do, and this may be one of the problems with allowing our subconscious to do so much for us, too. Right? Right. So let me just tell me a little bit about what will be a simple one that wouldn’t take a guide to be with them today, that they can work on breathing or breath work for themselves.

Leah Vanderlinden 51:57
Yeah, so a simple one would be

Oh goodness, I’m probably just like, I think people different people call it different things, but a lot of people will reference it for 680. Have you heard of that? So you’re breathing in for the count of four. Wait, hold on. I’m confusing myself. You read them for the count of four. Now, I’m confusing myself. Hold on fours, the middle.

Brandon Handley 52:23
I want to say fours the middle, I want to say fours the middle, I’ll be out here and we’ll just pretend like we’re present. Like I know what I’m talking about, too. So I think it’s 648.

Unknown Speaker 52:34
Yeah, but so the six is the

Brandon Handley 52:38
before is to kind of like pause in the middle of the breath. Right. Thank

Leah Vanderlinden 52:41
you. Yeah. And then release it for the count of eight.

Brandon Handley 52:44
Why do I release it for longer than I breathe it in.

Leah Vanderlinden 52:50
Because the longer that you release, the more you’re literally gonna release you’re going to release out of your body. So as important it is to learn how to inhale correctly. It’s really more important to learn how to excel correctly. Most people like you were talking about earlier, pretty. Amanda’s gonna make up a statistic. So it sounds important, but it is true. I mean, there’s like, I would say, honestly, at least 60 to 70% of people go around every day. And they are literally breathing in a stress related sponsor of breathing. They’re not breathing correctly. So they’re breathing more so through their chest, right, and they’re not breathing through their belly. And like, we’ve heard that famous line like people, when that happens when you’re breathing in a stress related breath, your body doesn’t know that how to decipher if like a bear is chasing you, right? Something like you’re stuck in traffic. Either way, your body’s producing that same amount of energy thinking that you’re in a fight or flight response. So much going almost all day breathing like that.

Brandon Handley 53:56
So you’re talking about, you know, die Frame breathing. I think I tried to label a diaphragm ik the other day and I got a read. But I’m gonna stick with it, you know, breathing from breathing with your diaphragm. And and you know, kind of dropping your center as well, right? And it’s like you’re saying you’re breathing from your chest, there’s always a tightness right here, your chest, and when you when and that also tightens up your arms and tightens up your neck and tightens up your shoulders, right. And so when you start breathing from the diaphragm, like Leah’s talking about here, you’re going to notice just a huge difference and you’ll have to catch yourself. I’m still working on it, right? This is totally like, within the past six months for me, but it feels so much better. I feel so much. I feel looser. I feel looser.

Leah Vanderlinden 54:53
And I’d read somewhere to that when you breathe out. It signals the body when you’re doing these Longer breath two signals to the body that, uh, that is safe. Exactly. It’s literally like a hug for your soul. Yeah. And so that’s my when I infuse it with inner child work because without even happening to, you’re telling the inner child that it’s safe, right? So let’s just let’s just take out and pretend that Leah didn’t say the 468 breath and breath that you could do is just say I’m breathing in through my belly. And a few moments like let’s say you’re writing, you know, you’re in your car and you’re going home for work. Just focus, turn the radio off and just focus on breathing your breath and our breathing and sending all your breath down to your belly. Exhale, and do seven of those sevens only the the you know, you only did seven that day. It’s better than nothing.

Unknown Speaker 55:51
dummy those videos to do it.

Brandon Handley 55:54
Yeah. So So you’d recommend people go out and look for some breathing exercises for you know, on diaphragm breathing and like, you know, us, and if we get the numbers wrong, you figured out it’s 6484468 at the end.

Unknown Speaker 56:17
So

Brandon Handley 56:19
I think those are I think those are important and you know, let’s wind it down here again. So, you know, you kind of fell into it, you aligned your spirituality, you accepted it as as a holistic way of life you find God and everything that you do. And you’re working as kind of, we didn’t really say like being anywhere in this pumps gonna say you’re working as kind of like being giving, you know, emanating your spiritual energy and living life that way. Does that sound about right? Yeah, I mean, because when you wake up and you’re doing that all day long, somebody might be like, well, don’t you ever get tired of that? Do you ever get tired of living that way?

Leah Vanderlinden 57:04
I definitely don’t. But what I will, full disclosure, what I do get tired of is this preconceived idea that once you live this way, that love that this life is just loving light and that love and light means conforming and saying yes to things you don’t want to do, or always being happy or always being a certain way. love of mine is learning what your boundaries are learning what moves your soul what connects you back to your connector, and living in your authenticity. It doesn’t have to look a certain way and it really isn’t always perfect. It’s just making sure that like your mom taught you. It’s just making sure that you’re back to being aware of what works for Brandon, what works for Leah, what works for you?

Brandon Handley 57:49
Yeah, no, I think it’s funny. I was thinking that as I came up here to to, to log us in right and start the conversation as I kicked like a two weeks away. He’s like, come on, man. I was like, is that really love light and peace? Right? And I was like it was in that moment.

Unknown Speaker 58:05
It was it had a calming,

Brandon Handley 58:08
calming. And it is a challenge though, right? To find kind of that medium and that happy medium. And, you know, there’s a book out there that I’m not a big fan of the first time I heard it clearly talks about kind of the pendulum right was this you know, also speaks to kind of, you know, the Bible talks about the way but also Buddhism you know, Chinese you know, the Dow the way is the middle way right there’s this there’s always going to be a kind of like a you know, what they always talk about polarization but there’s always just kind of like this middle way, you’re and you’re not always going to be on the center of that balance beam and it’s not always going to be perfect. Some days you can be like, full on spiritual, and then the other days you could be like, you’re gonna be like, not as much today.

Unknown Speaker 58:54
Much today.

Leah Vanderlinden 58:56
Spiritually, you know, that

Brandon Handley 59:00
Right so awesome so where Thank you first of all for coming on today I’m really I think I think I had fun with you behind here today we had a good time it was a good conversation. Um, where can I send people to find you know you to find out anything about ology got going on where’s the best place to go?

Leah Vanderlinden 59:20
We got seriously thanks for having me because I always say that you’re the the male version of me just a little bit better.

Unknown Speaker 59:26
Is this is the business let me

Unknown Speaker 59:31
know

Leah Vanderlinden 59:33
where you can find me so I honestly I don’t really have a lot of I don’t have Alexei I just kind of go off referrals but people can find me on Facebook, just Leah vanderlinden or my group is soul Goddess is open to women. And it’s just a spiritual community where we do we talk a lot like what we’re talking about today and we just talk about things that kind of off topic topics. Or you can find me on Facebook with living life.

Brandon Handley 1:00:02
Yeah. Okay, awesome. Well, I’ll share that out with everybody and thanks for being on.

Leah Vanderlinden 1:00:08
Thank you so much. Bye

Anna Champagne 0:41
Thanks, Brandon. It’s great to be here. Just so you know, sauna. I like that.

Brandon Handley 0:49
Got it. Got it. Thanks. So now I’m gonna have to fix that throughout the entire way. I’m on a one of the things that I feel pretty strongly about is that When we communicate on these podcasts and when we have these conversations, there’s somebody out there that needs to hear something through us and we’re simply here as a you know, divine vessels call it what you will right? Call what you want but I think that somebody is tuned in today that needs to hear what from you like they need to hear this somebody needs to hear this what is it

Unknown Speaker 1:31
basically

Anna Champagne 1:34
that they’re loved and that they can live a path of beauty You know, that’s what I’m kind of live myself and share and and it just becomes a rich life and it really isn’t spiritual or regular mundane or any of it. It’s all one life. So the more we kind of, you know, just bring that all together and then it’s really rich and colorful and beautiful.

Brandon Handley 1:58
I love it. I love it. So it’s not that they’re not segmented life pieces for you. It’s all one holistic life.

Anna Champagne 2:06
Yeah. And I’m still like everyone, you know, feels deeply you know that. And I do agree with you what you’re saying, because that was my prayer even before coming on. I said, you know, it’s not about me, it’s about you know, how I can touch someone or, you know, and I pray, can I say the words that someone is needing to hear tonight, so you know, so that was perfect.

Brandon Handley 2:29
I love it. I love it. Perfect. So, you know, it looks like we’ve got the right person on here. One thing I do want to touch on that I know we had a little precursor conversation, you know, I caught that you studied with like Gregg Braden, Byron, and some of these other people, you know, can be a little bit about that. Right? I love these are some people that are new, newer to my life, right, but I love them. What was like one of the favorite courses or someplace that you studied with that? That was exciting for you? Um,

Anna Champagne 2:58
oh, they’re all wonderful. The path. Byron Katie was great. You know, I was a transformational breath facilitator and trainer, and this was the early days, but even before she became more famous, you know, she had written her first book. And we used to bring her, you know, to our trainings or to our city or even we had our first breath cruise, and we were doing breath work. And then we brought Katie along and she was teaching some things and then every night after dinner, you know, she would just show up and work with us. And, and to this day, whenever I see her, you know, and I haven’t seen her in a while, but every time she says hello, Angel, and I just feel like she sees me. Fantastic.

Brandon Handley 3:39
Yeah. When you say we in that, what are you who’s that inclusive of?

Anna Champagne 3:44
Um, that’s when I was doing transformation breathing years ago,

Brandon Handley 3:50
okay, that’s not something you’re doing right now. So much of

Anna Champagne 3:52
it’s it’s part of me, but now I’ve kind of, you know, well, we’ll get into it all what I’m doing, but I’m Kind of branding my own color healing system and silks and also right

Brandon Handley 4:05
right so I mean yeah that I mean that that is your that is your that is what I see you doing right now that’s what you presented to me you’re doing textile you’re doing color healing. Oh you were introduced to me by our mutual friend Mark Youngblood as a color healer. I was super intrigued about that. While I read a little bit about what you have to say in there. You know, tell us a little bit about what color healing is.

Anna Champagne 4:30
Well, it’s it’s actually a vibrational energy healing modality. And, you know, I’m blessed to be able to as a fiber artist, I campaign on cilex campaign hand dye, and through decades of, you know, working with people and seeing what the silks do in their energy field and the specific colors like you know, like the ones I have on, I just come to see how the frequencies of light color work in our own hands. energy field and affect us and I especially work more in the emotional realm. Because, you know, of course, color affects us emotionally and as a sensitive an empath, and you know, as many people are there, you know, even people that don’t think there was sensitive are, you know, so that’s why color is just so important and impactful. And now when we consciously use it, we can really heal like old emotional patterns, we can raise our vibration, we can direct it for specific uses. So I’m really blessed that I get to, you know, paint and die and be immersed in color and then you know, share it with others and then and then teach it.

Brandon Handley 5:47
I love that. So the colors that you’re wearing today, what are they? What do they bring to me vibrationally

Anna Champagne 5:53
Well, most people have heard of like Archangel Michael. And with my color healing system. It’s based on like the rays of God. Consciousness so it’s kind of a very spiritual at the core. And there’s these divine qualities as embodied by the archangels and angels so most people have heard of Archangel Michael and we think protection but it’s also focus and will and faith. And each Archangel has their divine feminine counterpart called an RPI. So with Archangel Michael it’s archiv faith. So faith is a real tangible energy to so. So for me and also, you know, blues are healing you know, they’re like water, they’re calming. So for me doing something like this, you know, it keeps me a little focused and it’s very calming to

Brandon Handley 6:44
fantastic. I’m glad I’m wearing blue then to stay focused a little bit. Right. Now, I love that you mentioned to like, you know, that you’ve got kind of this Archangel as part of your story. Right. Let’s talk a little bit about that. Right. So how does how does how did you leave archangels and angels into your path.

Anna Champagne 7:03
I’m just on my spiritual path. I think I knew of Archangel Michael and things because I’ve been on my spiritual path most of my life and knew of Archangel Michael and especially when I was actually a young mother and this is before I got on my spiritual path about 20 years ago where I learned more in depth about the archangels and all and if anyone knows about that, you know, young mother new mother just worried and you know, and, and for me being an empath and sensitive you know, I would get like open to any thought of like any fearful thought I would feel it like so much through my body, it was just hard to deal with. So luckily, I knew of Archangel Michael and then when I started calling to them, I can actually help kind of smooth down and that anxiety and fear and then I came to help others, you know, help other, you know, mothers and just other people, you know, with that as well. And now over decades, you know, he’s just, I can’t I don’t think any of us could really be here without Archangel Michael, whether you call him by name or now or anything here to

help us on the path,

Brandon Handley 8:12
you know, if somebody is not that’s a terrible way to say Archangel Li, you know, aligned, what are some other kind of spiritual resonance that they might have? If so, like you said, if they don’t know them is Archangel Michael, what else might they call him or that presence?

Unknown Speaker 8:34
Um,

Anna Champagne 8:36
I think a lot of people are aware of or interested in angels. And even when I was, you know, writing my first color healing article, and actually one of my other great mentors is Jacob Lieberman. He wrote light medicine of the future and take off your glasses and see and I studied with him, you know, years ago a lot and he’s just one of my greatest mentors.

was I going with that?

Oh, so when I was writing the article, I wanted to create kind of an overview of things. And you know, didn’t talk about the archangels too much because really color on its own and the frequencies of color can support us whether we, we connect with the angels or you know, call to them or use them consciously, but they are here to co create with us and help support us, right in a big way. And actually, my daughter who grew up with all this and you know, is just knows me the best, you know, at one point she says, Oh, Mom, you can’t you can’t take the angels out. That’s your brand. That’s who you are. You can’t separate you from the angels. Nice. But I can you know, talk about color to just as we know, I

Brandon Handley 9:49
think I think that you know, my question was definitely more aligned to other spiritual modalities right of Archangel Michael right. So if if I’m coming Going from a shamanistic background or just some other type of esoteric background, right? What would you would you align it to something else in those spaces?

Anna Champagne 10:13
I wouldn’t but people that don’t have the wording might, you know, call them spirit guides or something like that? I don’t really I’d like to be more specific with the as I know the different things but even you know, I have friends in shamanism and they also teach angels because it’s just a different aspect of you know, frequencies and energies and you know, beings and all that so

Unknown Speaker 10:41
I appreciate that. Yeah,

Brandon Handley 10:42
like I said, I’m, I’m not well versed in angels, right. And so, but I do understand spirit guide, right. So you know, if if I’m running around and I’m trying to feel something and it’s hard for me to again, mentally pull On an angel vibe, right right, then I might be able to pull on some others your spiritual guide God type of thing, right? So

Anna Champagne 11:07
the way that I could talk about it, you know, I did shows, you know,

body mind spirit, Whole Health, new life and boutique shows all kinds of things for many decades. And I would have like, you know, just all these soaks, you know, in my booth, and people would come in and I always want to empower people. So even if I knew like one that would be advantageous for them, I would always say, well, which color are you most drawn to? And then they would go and usually they would really go right to one that they would feel good in and they try it on and they feel something even if they thought you know, I don’t I’m not sensitive or anything they they always are, they really can feel it and then I would put on another one that maybe was even a similar color. And they would go oh my goodness, I can tell the difference. Wow. Are they put on one that’s really a contrast and what go wow, that feels even different. Sure, and then people can see that. So, really, for me, the key part is, you know, healing our trapped emotions and those emotional energies that are, you know, the sadness, grief. I mean, we’re human. So we have all those things. But I know we feel better usually when it’s joy and love and those kind of things. So when we take those things that are actually blocking our energy, they’re not good or bad, but they can become trapped in blocker energy. So when we’re healing that and then they have that flow of energy from God goddess, all that is whatever you call it, your higher self, you know, I call it my presence or that presence, so So when you’re healing that and raising your vibration, my goal is really to help people connect with their highest wisdom and their highest self.

Unknown Speaker 12:51
So

Anna Champagne 12:53
and that’s, that’s really cool. I think most of you want to be most connected with

Brandon Handley 12:58
Sure, sure. I thought, you know, it’s Because, you know, I was actually having this thought earlier that you said, you know, it’s not necessarily about you, when you enter into the show, it’s like kind of what can you do in service of but yeah, on it, it is about you, right? It is about you connecting with your highest self and just being in that space for a moment and just accepting that nobody needs anything from you, but you’ve got someone that you’re willing to give. Right. You know, let’s talk a little bit more about the angel part though, because they’re, you know, like I said, I was able to listen to one podcast that you were interviewed on earlier and you’ve got this amazing, kind, amazing Angel story. Once you just kind of shares sure that part.

Anna Champagne 13:43
I do and I actually have my good old Angel book that I was actually visiting a friend I live in Florida now and I was in New England visiting friend and went to my car to get NINJA book and so Someone actually tried to kill me she was mentally unstable. I didn’t know her, but she was known to people and, you know, without going into this story, but still someone tried to find me over with a car. Wow. And because of it, I was hit by the car. But as I was walking, I just was like looking down. And it’s like, what’s going on with my ankle or my leg, you know, and then before I knew, and I just was like, kind of falling or whatever, but really ended up hitting the ankle and shattered my ankle and foot and left leg and all that. And afterwards, I you know, and I’ve had, you know, surgeries, and I mean, it was, it was quite a karmic thing. Quite a big deal in my life and in a real healing journey that came from it. But when I asked friends like on my spiritual path, I said, How could this have happened, you know, I’m so devout are just so connected and spiritual. And they said, it’s because of that, that the angel saved your life. Hmm. And I’m getting chills even telling you that because I just feel it’s so true. And I vowed to all my healing journey to help people in whatever way I can what I learned through all the healing that I did through it, but they really did save my life.

Brandon Handley 15:18
I get it. So um, you know, you mentioned that you’ve been on the spiritual path pretty much your entire life. And so you already had this vibrational awareness right? You already had this holistic awareness and once you got involved with fabrics and colors, it wasn’t a simple transition for you into the vibrational colors.

Anna Champagne 15:46
Well, yes and no, I mean, it was one of those being sensitive and you know, sometimes feeling really lonely even if a family are feeling different, as many people describe often and just Just getting into, you know, loving being in nature or writing poetry or doing things, you know, different things like that. And just just feeling like the search. So even when I was little, I would, you know, go to the library and search even when I was little for certain things, you know, along the way. So, so it’s kind of just been a journey, like many people, you know, you know, pursue this pursue that, you know, learn about this, see how it feels, you know, and, and then just keep growing that way. So it wasn’t, you know, and it’s not like my parents were all conscious. And, you know, we grew up the main girl, and then that kind of thing. So they weren’t holistic in the least, and they still aren’t. But even through that, I realized through the years, especially as I’m learning things, and you’re all excited to share with your family and help them and, you know, they’re like, thank you, but you know, believe what you believe or not interested. Yeah, the greatest thing I learned, especially with my dad was The greatest thing we could do for healing for someone was to love them unconditionally. Sure. And it didn’t matter. All those differences.

Brandon Handley 17:10
Right. Right. Now listen, I mean, when I first had, you know, what I would classify as an awakening experience, not wanting to run around, and I guess I guess that’s, I guess that’s kind of the whole the gospel part of the gospel thing. You’ve got to hear this good news. Why don’t I tell them all about this? wait a year round? This

Unknown Speaker 17:28
is awesome. Um, and,

Brandon Handley 17:31
yeah, it’s not everybody’s path. Right? It’s not everybody’s path. But it’s still it’s, you know, I guess when you’re vibing. So hard, right. It’s like, What do you mean, you don’t see it this way? And how can you not feel this way? And why wouldn’t you go down this path? And like you said, it’s when we just step back and love them, unconditionally? who they are the way they are right now. Yeah. can’t do much more than that, right?

Anna Champagne 18:01
What’s tills? True? And you know, to answer more of your question. I went to school for English and weaving because I started weaving when I was about 16. And I was always doing kind of crafts and things and knitting and crochet and all that because my mother grandmother, so even when I was in textile school, for my BFA in textiles and fiber, I, you know, I started then I actually painted on really fine silk threads and wove them into scarves and shawls and will wall pieces, please. And yet, I was still gathering, you know, all the spiritual books and I was starting to get some books on color and chakras and different things like that. But I didn’t read most of them years later. And the reason I realized was because I had to kind of develop my own sense of it, of the color and kind of learn it from within a little bit more of the code. So one time I remember when I was you know, I I think I was starting to, you know, maybe it was after I was at a school. And I was just questioning, you know, that format of the scarves and shawls. And then I opened one of those books and it said, Yeah, you want to wear the silks over your throat and heart chakras and I’m like, okay, that’s the answer. And you know, so I still kind of use that that form of the silks and the shawls I mean, the scarves in the shells

Brandon Handley 19:26
when you say that form the you mean by put it over your chakras?

Anna Champagne 19:31
Yeah, I was just in one of those color healing books. It kind of answered that that it’s really advantageous a lot of times to where over your throat or your heart

Brandon Handley 19:40
Alright, so when you’re when you’re when you were starting your spiritual journey picking up all these books, what kind of books were you picking up? Like? What was what was the opening of the doors for you? I guess as it were,

Anna Champagne 19:53
um, there’s been so many through the years I do collect wisdom

Brandon Handley 19:58
right right there in the beginning, right. So I mean, you’re you’re picking up all these books, you hadn’t quite read them, but they were of interest to you

Anna Champagne 20:04
somewhere the color healing somewhere.

Well, even earlier, you know, when I was 16 I was meditating at a friend’s house because her parents were into Edgar Casey, airy, and all that. So, you know, I had my first and then and then when we were in Boston, I actually, you know, my then husband and I, we went to his son or I think grandson, we went to a workshop and thing, were part of that for a while, and then it always comes full circle that I wasn’t into it for years. And then I was, you know, going to some conferences a few years ago and even speaking at a conference and Kevin Tedeschi who’s the, you know, the head guy at the Aerie now and wrote all the books on so he’s kind of a friend now too. So it’s so interesting and

yeah, it was it was all kinds of things.

Or they you know, I mean, sometimes it was healing some obscure things like fear of, like fears and aliens and you know like I remember with Gregg Braden, I’ve healed a big piece of that, you know?

Unknown Speaker 21:18
Tell me about that. Yeah. Yeah, that

Anna Champagne 21:21
was interesting. Um, it was funny because I was one of the last people at his you know, the workshop for that day and we were at this conference center or somewhere and I was like in a dorm and I remember we were talking it was years ago you know, decades ago when you know, he’s gone through different things that he’s taught Sure. And some of it was bringing up like so much fear about you know, the some of the alien you know energies and and they’re all frequency now they’re all different vibrations so and then my my roommate didn’t show up so like all night I’m like, you know, all afraid this, you know, sheets up and I had to go deeper within and then and then through it. I just I really did heal it. And now I say, you know, the same aliens that are more than negative ones that, you know, maybe want to, you know harm or they’re just a lower vibration. Sure they can’t touch me anymore because it’s so that was just part of like the healing on the journey that I went through. So now you know and then there’s other ones like I heart, you know connect with the Pleiadians and then I do paintings that were pleading and writing so, so it was pretty diverse.

Brandon Handley 22:35
Interesting. I love that I love it. I love what you did there too with um, you know, translating harm into just recognizing that the third a lower vibration, right? It is not like I like that too. Right? So that that’s interesting for sure. So you’ve been living this life fairly steeped in spirituality. All right. Yeah, and I can’t remember now already, if we talked about the beginning or not, but like, integrating Yeah, we started at the beginning, but like integrating all the whole has certainly been a challenge for me. You know, trying to say, Oh, this is this is my spiritual self. This is what I do when I’m being spiritual. And this is what I do and, you know, all these other spaces. Can you talk a little bit about, you know, practical spiritual integration? Well, so, you know, what’s that mean to you? If I say something I asked you that.

Anna Champagne 23:31
Yeah. Well, that’s what I really love teaching and helping people with, you know, and I’m still going through it myself. I’m constantly hitting things that come up for me and then having, you know, using different tools to heal like some of the emotional patterns and things like that. But, um, I think it’s just, I think one of the biggest thing is really healing being present to what comes up and not judging it. So You know, and that’s what I learned especially from Katie you know, Byron Katie, you know, you take those judgments you take that anger you take that fear, you know, whatever it is and and then you investigate and then you can you know, go deeper and especially, you know when you you see it’s just kind of a projection to like wearing me like I’m angry at that person but really, where’s that pattern in me and then when you so so if you keep bringing it back to yourself in a gentle way because you never want to be hard on yourselves because like I know that pattern and right so it’s, it’s it’s just and I have seen you you know, I watched your you know, your dad podcast thing or you know, whatever that was.

And even if you I mean, and I don’t know you so well, you know, but

just the love that and just the the way you were showing up with your son I mean, I’m getting emotional because I was sent to and I was daughter but It touched me because you’re just present. And you’re asking him his experience. And then you’re sweeping in a little, you know, teaching to be a good person or to

just just weaving in those nuggets of goodness,

Brandon Handley 25:16
you try, right? Well, you know, listen in here, you know, for what it’s worth. You know, my mom was a, you know, so I was born in San Francisco in the late 70s. So, that’s an indicator of where I came from. I always taught like, the awareness always taught, like these kind of life lessons. And they were definitely seeds, right, because they were, they were falling on fallow ground or whatever, whatever. And it wasn’t until later, when they all just kind of sprouted and honestly, when I talked about going through that experience, kind of the awakening experience, it was like all at the same time, like everything she was talking about, just like, there it is. And so that’s all you know, I feel like I can try and do with the kids right on my boys and just have those conversations. Not force it on them, but give them those seeds. Right. And, you know, if it’s some I feel like at some point in their lives, though, they’ll turn around and dust off will sprout up

Anna Champagne 26:12
exactly like with my son, he would, you know, like roll his eyes like I just want to be normal know, he’s at times you know cutting out these little swords and you know things of and you know connecting with you know, he’ll deny a lot of it now but you know, but he’s such a good person you know, this really is so

Brandon Handley 26:33
well i think what we were saying earlier it’s everyone’s on their own path, right? I don’t I mean, I don’t think I have a Bible or have ever read more than the six pages in a Bible. But we can really try and do is be good shepherds, right of these souls or whatever. Um, but this is about you. So we’re back to you now. And so what would be like a couple tools I love you gave kind of the one example is like look for that within yourself, right that’s causing that or is a part of you? Right? What what, where’s that irritation that’s party? You know, I saw I saw a little line today that I really like to as it relates to emotions. I’d love to hear your feedback on this is there’s emotional control. Right, which is I think a very Western actually I think every culture has emotional control, right? versus emotional expression. Mm hmm. How would you differentiate those two things because I feel like you would have a good, good way to do that.

Anna Champagne 27:33
I call it really a path of emotional mastery. Hmm. Because it’s not just trying to control how you’re feeling because the pattern will come up, you know, it’ll just keep coming up until we deal with things. And now you know, globally where we’ve had an experience of something big happening globally, where we’re going you know, sheltering in place home, you know, a lot of fear a lot of uncertainty on These kind of things, and I still just see it as, like the greatest gift because we can’t bring in what I call a golden age without bringing to light those patterns. So it’s not just about expression, you know, I think, you know, because we’re always creating and we’re always expressing whether it’s expressing love or expressing anger, you know, or sadness, you know, it’s expression but it’s when it when we feel like that underlying like, we call it kind of miss qualified pattern. So like, say we haven’t, oh, like, like, you know, say we have an experience and it’s, you know, really overwhelming or traumatic or anything. And things get and we might not even know how to process it at the moment or deal with it. And then and but then it starts coloring everything we do in life. And then, but usually we can tell by how we’re feeling, you know, if we’re having Are were not so happy, that’s usually an indicator how we’re feeling and work with thing.

Brandon Handley 29:07
And that kind of addresses the, again expression versus control, like, because we were talking earlier too about, you know, locating that feeling, right? The anger or the frustration if we go to suppress that or redirect it, is that really healing it or addressing it? Right and and i think that that’s, personally that’s what I’ve done to try to emotionally master or control right redirect. But I feel like there’s would be a another way to express that because I don’t want to hold on to that energy like that. Right. So

Unknown Speaker 29:47
what would you say there?

Anna Champagne 29:50
You can tell by when you say go back to a memory that was really painful. And you know, so you did And this is where I say the violet ray you know of trance transformation transmutation, you know, taking that same God energy as I talked about, and then transmuting it like freeing up the, you know, whatever traumatic emotions are there, and then it’s kind of at the core, and then we can recollect it or we can use it for what we want. And it really comes back to our intention to what we really want to create in our life. Yeah, so the stronger our positive intentions, those things will just naturally come up. And if it just ends, they’ll just keep coming up until we like pay attention or we might get sick or, you know, just just so unhappy or whatever it is. So, but, but there’s also a way to do it. It’s good to just start being aware of what you’re feeling or how you’re feeling in your body. But another way to do it, too, is to keep focusing on the higher vibrational states or what you do want to create because that’ll just automatically start in training up. It’s just entrainment, you know, physics of training that lower vibrational state into that higher vibrational state. And that’s kind of what I call a lot of the path of beauty or even, you know, working with those divine qualities. You can just and actually, that’s another tool to you know, you can have a state and then do affirmations and crease, things like that you can actually raise the vibration of that pattern.

Brandon Handley 31:32
I like that. I like that.

Unknown Speaker 31:34
I feel like

Unknown Speaker 31:38
you know,

Brandon Handley 31:40
raising your vibrational state through affirmations, and gratitude. I think a lot of people look at that as purely mental exercise. What do you say to that?

Anna Champagne 31:56
It’s not like we’re using our mind because we’re choosing to and it’s what we’re giving power to. So if we’re saying you know, like I am the presence or I am you know, whatever we want to put after saying I am affirmation You know, there’s you know, with the law of attraction, all that kind of stuff if you’re if you’re saying something that you don’t believe then that’ll even cause more resistance. You know, I’m a millionaire and you’re you know, you got three cents in your bank account Well, that’s gonna it’s not gonna resonate, but if you can get in touch with the energy of it, you know, like it’s it’s feeling into it really. I think more so but but you do use your mind and your thoughts

Brandon Handley 32:43
talking to more about feeling into it, though.

Anna Champagne 32:51
I think it comes down to getting more harmonious no matter you know what color you’re using, or what Whatever tool you’re using, if you’re still agitated, then it’s not really working. So if you can feel more harmonious, calm, you know, the breath is a really important thing to kind of stop that fight or flight, you know, just using the breath, and then just start feeling more calm. Then, then when you say, when you say an affirmation or things something or, um, or want to access, you know, just want to just x more peacefulness or happiness or, you know, whatever it is it you’ll just, it’ll, you’ll feel it. But you’re not going to feel it if you’re all agitated, you know. And so, you know, it’s like, it’s like the analogy of, you know, the parent who’s got the baby, and they’re just like, just come down Baby, you know, like they’re, you know, I never can understand that. You know, But But I learned that you know, years ago so that’s where we always taught the parents first, you know, read to become, you know, if you’re lying with your child at night, you know, rubbing their backs as you’re breathing. Because if you’re all you know, stressful, they’re going to feel it. Yeah.

Brandon Handley 34:19
One of the coolest feelings to write when you’re going to sleep but I missed I missed the miss my kids you know when they’re just growing up you can just kind of fall asleep with them on your chest right? Yeah, yeah, love that. Love that miss it. Like where they are now though. It’s okay. So, you know, are you still traveling with your art shows? Are you still doing that? Like?

Anna Champagne 34:42
Nobody shows anymore? Sometimes by invitation, you know, a few things, but mostly I’m switching over online. Okay. And teaching courses online and things like that.

Brandon Handley 34:54
Right? When you were out of curiosity, right. So just for anybody that’s kind of interested in The type of work that you’re doing and would be thinking about doing it themselves. How would they kind of get involved in the community that you were involved with? With the art shows and textiles?

Anna Champagne 35:14
Well, it’s really an art. I mean, it’s decades of lifetimes Actually, I’ve done this in many lifetimes. It’s, you know, um, it’s going with what interests you, too, you know, I mean, mostly, I’m selling the silks that they’re using, you know, in their meditations or just everyday wear or even you know, you know, that’s why I sell a lot to men as well as women you know, to wear because they carry that tangible vibration. So it makes it easier to access those states and things. But, you know, sometimes I have taught some of the, you know, I used to teach weaving I used to teach shabari and which is a dyeing technique. You know, I do love, you know, doing a lot of that stuff. But, you know, an easy way is just watercolor paints or you know, even even coloring on dollars, you know, that can just get you in a, you know, working with color and with pencils or markers or things like that, or, or just even watercolor, you know, it doesn’t even have to be a form. It could just be working with the paint like that if you’re talking about doing something that’s more artistic or

if that’s what you’re kind of asking.

Brandon Handley 36:33
That’s definitely one part right kind of getting into the art itself, but the shows right? I’m sure you invited to him because you were great at what you were doing. But like also, if somebody else was like, what types of shows were you featured in so that somebody if they saw them, they’d be able to go and kind of find out more of themselves?

Anna Champagne 36:52
The shows, I mean, I was in the high end crashes when I first got out of college and was, you know, doing those handpainted handball Then Yeah. And then I had galleries around the country. And then when I got into still just painting on silks and doing like transformational breath work and being a trainer, then I was in like New York and Boston. I’m from New England. So I would do like Whole Health, new life, body mind spirit, you know, a lot of those kind of shows.

Brandon Handley 37:20
Okay. I’ve never heard of those shows before. So I mean, that’s interesting. Yeah. And

Anna Champagne 37:24
it’s still go on, um, you know, some of them anyway.

Brandon Handley 37:28
Yeah. That’s interesting, too. I mean, I guess a New England part of, you know, what was the new age?

Unknown Speaker 37:35
birthing spot, right. I mean, am I wrong?

Anna Champagne 37:39
I don’t know. I think California’s where you grew up is pretty cool. I mean,

Brandon Handley 37:45
I think I think that, you know, I think of I’m trying to think of who was the press, you know, the press company that came out with the kind of the New Age movement, right, um,

Anna Champagne 37:57
dress or no,

Brandon Handley 37:59
I can’t really remember off the top of my head, but it’s just interesting to see that there’s still a vibrant spiritual community from there, right in that space. So I think that that’s pretty interesting. You did. So you mentioned you mentioned your course and your shops. I wanted to bring that up too. So talk to us a little bit about the the course offering that you have right now online.

Anna Champagne 38:20
Yeah, it’s an eight week online course it’s called color healing for a vibrant abundant life seven steps to heal what’s holding you back and increase your flow of abundance and that’s those kind of seven spiritual colors, you know, those rays and you actually get a set of seven, you know, solid color sticks with it, it needs you know, once a week for eight weeks, you know, an online student class and then you have a portal with the meditations, affirmations, you know, the class content you know, more you know, all of it, but it’s really meant to be for busy people. You know, everyone’s really busy in life and you don’t i don’t want to make this Like this heavy like something they just not do or else feel so overwhelmed. So that’s what’s cool about you know, with with the silks because you just wear them you know through the week like each week we’re learning about one color. So like for example like the solid color you know we’ve got the golden yellow or you know pink or you know the blues violets you know these solid colors, and you wear them during class and wear them during your meditations and the meditations tend to be seven to nine minutes maybe and just get you in touch with the divine qualities even archangels but more of the divine qualities of the color and just get you and then wearing them. It helps you know to tangibly feel so it’s because there’s silk has the highest vibration of fiber. The very pure colors are frequencies and you know, if you think White is like all colors, you know, of light You know, ones additive and subtractive whether it’s you know, crayons, or paints versus light, and then, you know, it’s easy to think, you know, the prism and the rainbow, you know, it’s broken up in those frequencies. Sure. So, um, yeah, so it’s, it’s really, it’s, it’s fun and it’s, it’s just a easy so going back to that, so the soaks have that highest vibration, and then the pure colors, those frequencies and then the energies that I’m kind of praying in or attending in. So that’s what makes them where you can actually feel the energy. So it’s an added tool to be able to wear them and start feeling the energies as you’re as you’re learning them

Brandon Handley 40:50
about them. I mean, I love that right? Because I can I can feel the application right? You know, I can I can I can sense I get a good sense of have kind of how you would direct that. And I feel like that would be, that would be like it’s beneficial, right? Anytime he’s been, I think consciously tending to your vibrations. that’s beneficial. So it sounds to me like that’s kind of what you’re doing is teaching people how to pay attention to their vibrations, right at what levels and then being able to associate them with specific colors, right, so that they can really just kind of hone in and have an anchor point.

Anna Champagne 41:29
Right. So like, even with the emotion code, say we identify a trapped emotion, say it’s grief. And it happened when you were 13. You know, and then, you know, we get shifted, but then you know, we’ll put like a soft pink silk over and that’ll like raise the vibration. So it’s still really key for me to be healing those emotional patterns that are kind of blocking that flow of energy.

Brandon Handley 41:52
So would you classify this more of a healing class? Yeah. Okay. I mean, I mean, look, that’s great. Yeah. I mean I love it because it might just be a guy thing right? Or you know could just be a me thing I’ve never really kind of addressed this one but like you know we were taught to like you know, you fall down you dust off and you keep on going forward you know you don’t really address the specific pains you just move forward you don’t address the specific moments that cause you to no question 90% of your life you just keep moving forward right but if you do take a little bit of time and and heal those moments

Anna Champagne 42:33
and you know, a lot of men do this, you know, as a spiritual path to I mean, a lot of men do have my silks too because they wear them for meditation. Tell me what are some favorite main colors? I mean,

Brandon Handley 42:41
other than blue, what are some what are some what are some main colors?

Anna Champagne 42:45
Some are the those turquoise is in blues and violets some sometimes, you know more the emerald green, but actually one of my first soaps that I made like decades ago when I’m My first shows ever did with them. There was this just big guy you know and he he got the most feminine so good made to that point with yell, you know pinks and yellows and actually I have a great story about that I was at a show one time, and a guy came and usually like I do have like these, um, you know, you might be able to see they have a pattern woven in there to card. And whereas like the this is just a sharp use, it’s like smooth. So, you know, mostly guys tend to like the sharp use a smoother one, you know, because these can be a little more feminine. But there was a guy that he bought one that was in like a rose pain to fuchsia to a little violet, maybe maybe a little blue, and it was in a de card. And it was a very kind of, you know, society.

Unknown Speaker 43:55
You weren’t expecting him to pick it up.

Anna Champagne 43:58
Yeah, but once you put it out And he had lost like, the love of his life. He lost his wife not too long before that, and he started to feel the energy. Right. And it started to heal with that pink. So he hung around the booth a lot and you know, just shared about his wife and you know, started the healing. But others, you know, like, I have a friend that commissioned some of the biggest like, meditation blankets, you know, they’re huge. Um, and I do a half version that’s like a meditation shawl. And this friend has a spiritual path and master and he meditates you know, many hours a day and he calls it like an energetic cocoon because that’s another thing I didn’t mention. It actually silk energetically insulates you too. And when you meditate in you know, certain colors. So, you know, it’s, um, I was interviewed the other day and the guy was all wearing his pink shirt and stuff. So you know, it’s time for the guys to be able to flame boy Right.

Brandon Handley 45:00
Yeah, look, look, look, I mean, everybody can wear some colors and enjoy for sure. So, in your class, I’m just gonna you talk about like intentions, positive qualities and emotions. You’ve got some guided journaling, meditations, affirmations, you know, what types of answers, I’m just gonna kind of what types of meditations Could I look at in that class.

Anna Champagne 45:23
They’re, like I was saying there, they tend to be seven to nine minutes, I keep them fairly short, you know, growing into more of the meditations, but they’re just meant to, um, interest introduce you to the colors, the qualities just kind of get in, and then they bring in some of the affirmations that you can use so it’s, it’s kind of like a guided one to educate you. And so that you can use it as a tool. So you know, something happens and you need to just use a certain color call us or an angel or whatever it is. You kind of have those tools and another and another, like, practical way to it doesn’t have to be all about the silks although that is, you know, a big part of what I do Sure, like the Emerald Ray, it’s all like think nature, you know, think the Verdun greens and, you know, it’s getting big now doing earthing and you know, just

Brandon Handley 46:19
tell me about everything. I have no idea.

Anna Champagne 46:21
Oh, that’s a great thing for people to know about, you know, I mean, think back on wood, barefoot as kids and running around in the summer, I mean, sure, you know, but beyond that, they’ve they’ve actually found that by connecting with the resonance of the earth, hmm, that it calms our nervous system and it decreases inflammation and does a lot of things like that. So I mean, they even have earthing mats and blankets and things you can have with, you know, your

Brandon Handley 46:50
did see an earthing mat, right. So I was kind of curious about that, but I hadn’t hadn’t really linked it to I wasn’t sure what the whole thing was. I hadn’t gone too far into it. So the meditation They are, you know, to, to kind of impress upon the mind and give you, you know, pause the color modalities, right, tie that in with some affirmations. And I’m assuming the intentions kind of pull that all together as well.

Anna Champagne 47:19
Yeah, and and, you know, like, white white rays associated with like intentions, like, you know, white is like all the colors so it’s all possibilities and all potential. So think of like when we have an intention where we’re impressing into that purity of just all possibilities. I love it also clarity, you know, because a lot of times we need clarity to be able to have an intention. We have to

Brandon Handley 47:48
know clarity you listen, I mean, and that I think that’s one of the challenges, right? You can’t see two pictures at the same time, right? You can’t You can’t you know, you can’t so you can’t hold two pictures in your in your mind. Expect to clear outcome. Fair. Right. Guided journaling. I’ve never heard of doing guided journaling before. So, you know, what we get what we get in that?

Anna Champagne 48:11
Oh, I think it’s, it’s just a process of getting, you know, things might start coming up and you want to just write about it just as you would journaling when I asked some questions, you know, or how do you feel about certain colors? Or how do you feel about the certain emotions, you know, because that’s the other thing. Say you have fascination, then an antidote to get motivation is like glue, say, okay, so you can, you know, just so like one one way of through that healing journey, because you know, it’s it’s good to be able to, you know, write down things if people choose to and process how they’re feeling and what’s coming up or, or what they’re experiencing, you know, and also to remember, not just what’s coming up, like maybe some past things But also what they’re experiencing because as we know, when we write it down, you know, a lot of times, especially those spiritual highs or things like that, it’s like a dream, we kind of can forget about it, you know, so, so it’s just guiding people with questions and things to you know, use how they want really, but like one student, she, when she got her set of silks there was Ruby was one of the colors and it actually made her angry, it agitated her, you know, because it was a kind of a red but it has more violet in it. And then in her journey of, you know, healing and growing and all that and by the end, she was wanting to find a color for her new office. And she ended up painting it this Ruby like luckily it was just one wall because that could be a lot, you know, sure in all the walls but but you know, there again, you know, when she was putting out there They’re to our group and things. You know, in our Facebook group, it’s like, What color? What color? Do you think I should you know, and always, I never want to tell someone, I want them to find it themselves. And it surprised me. And by the end, Ruby was so empowering for her. And she had come through so much to be able to speak our truth and heal some things and be empowered. And that’s part of the Ruby quality to have this, like this laser beam of God. You know, that just those patterns that we can get stuck in, but then when we heal it, it’s really empowering. So

Brandon Handley 50:34
I love that. I love that. Absolutely. And then and then, like you said, two archangels are a big part of of everything that you do, but they’re also part of the class that you teach. Right?

Anna Champagne 50:48
Yeah. And I’ve been surprised because people, a lot of people don’t know too much about the angels, angels, and they’ve really been loving hearing about them and learning and using them. So

So that’s been the feedback so far.

Brandon Handley 51:02
I mean, I love I love that you’re doing that. And just curious why you’re surprised by

Unknown Speaker 51:11
that there.

Anna Champagne 51:14
I don’t know, I guess because I just have lived with them so long that I just, you know, sometimes we take it for granted what we do know and things like that and, and a lot of the people I know, know of them, but, uh, yeah, I guess I’ve just been happy that they’ve really because I never want to push any like anything on anybody I want to, you know, it’s part of the course. It’s, it’s, at first I wasn’t sure how much it was going to be part of it. But then it’s like, it’s just so tied in, you know, with those divine qualities and, and the way that archangels work is you know, so you call to them for more compassion or more empowerment or motivation or killing truth. You know, abundance. They literally that’s what their job is that they resonate at that specific frequency of that divine quality. And then they literally when they’re asked to come because they have to be asked, they’ll come and really stand right in your energy field and reinforce that pattern until you can kind of hold it for yourself. So they’re really helpful.

Unknown Speaker 52:30
I love it. No.

Unknown Speaker 52:33
And I think that you hit on one of the things there. I know for me,

Brandon Handley 52:39
I’m so used to my own language, right? I’m so used to what I speak, and I’m surrounded by people that, you know, it’s not an echo chamber, but they understand me, right? It’s like, Oh, well, you know, there’s like, 20 of us here and all 20 of us know the same thing. So pretty sure everybody knows that. We tend to forget just how long it took us to get to this place right away. And then you know, like today, right? You’re telling me about these. I’m taking notes. I’m like angels and you know, Archangel books, what would be what would be, you know? And since I’m saying that will be a book where somebody could kind of understand a little bit more about archangels and what you’re talking about, they’re calling them and seeing that vibration or feeling that vibration,

Anna Champagne 53:22
do you have anything I’m working on the color healing book. Not withstanding, actually, this this book of the angels of love and light. My friend, Mario’s Michael George wrote, or painted all the paintings and I actually got permission from him to use the images in my course and in my lectures and things nice. So on his website, which is my reuse, fine art calm, you can actually download for free you know, if you sign up for his email list, but he’s very generous. You can actually download the book And I, you know, offered to my students, I tell them about it. And I think one of them said that it didn’t come with the color photograph. So then you know, he has those that you can buy of these amazing artworks that he does. So that that’s, that’s a great book. Because there’s, you know, there’s different ones out there and they might have you know, different energies that they’re, they’re different, you know, there’s different systems, there’s different energy, so it’s good to just kind of feel it out. Because if something doesn’t feel right, with any book that you go to, there’s just something that doesn’t feel right. No, that that’s just there’s something in it that maybe isn’t right for you. So

Brandon Handley 54:43
that’s fair. So you know, but there are books out there then that if somebody were to be interested in what you’re talking about, I could definitely talk to it and you know, if they continue to be interested in the archangels and the colors and you know, they should head on over to your course. While we go ahead and mentioned your wedding go, they go to the course and where’s they gonna find you to connect with you and other places?

Anna Champagne 55:10
Yep. Well, one of my websites is a path of beauty.com. And that has my blog. And so we talked about color and, and you know, nature and flowers are a big part of it too, you know, because there is such an energy and there’s actually in shamanism you know, the Devas and all of the plants and the flowers are really a four kind of an angel, you know? So, um, so I spent a lot of time there. And so yeah, so I take photographs, and that’s just another one of my joys of what I do. And that has a lot of the Healing Sessions different things and then on a champagne soaks calm is where you can find a lot more of my soaks. And then right now, to find out about the core It’s on a champagne soaks.com slash color dash healing dash course

Brandon Handley 56:10
awesome thank you and they can find you on Facebook and oh yeah so you’re on all the social media and a champion

Anna Champagne 56:18
some more than others but you know what we all have to find our way

Brandon Handley 56:22
Sure. Sure. And your site I think is pat the beauty or the is that your garden I see a lot of flower pictures of that

Anna Champagne 56:31
my travels because I travel all over everywhere I go I

you know, visit beautiful gardens if they’re not my own,

Brandon Handley 56:39
know that they’re, they’re beautiful. They are beautiful, beautiful flowers and beautiful pictures on there. So thanks for sharing those with us as well. Is there anything else that you think that we should hit on that maybe we didn’t today um

Anna Champagne 56:53
just to just to be gentle with yourself, you know, with ourselves with all you know me too, because I can Be hard of myself to, and, and just keep healing so that you can find the love and respect for others because, you know, a lot of things are coming up in the world that are very divided. And, you know, this and that and, and, you know, it’s just time that we heal what’s causing the discord in the separation. And you know, and the beauty of it too is we’re all individual presences. So it’s not ever going to be like boring or we’re all going to be the same because that’s impossible. You know, it’s like a flowers in a garden. So, so, um, and that’s what I call a path of beauty just just living from that, you know, beautiful place.

Brandon Handley 57:47
Sure. You mentioned you know, before we go here, you mentioned a hand plants is kind of crazy right now. If you could take one silk color and wrap it all up which color would we what color How would we heal the planet with today?

Anna Champagne 58:01
Oh boy, I could go through

Well, it needs a lot of violet for that transforming, you know, transmuting those patterns but Emerald is very soothing and very healing So, and then always the pink Ray, you know is is that unconditional love? Do you want to have some yellow in there too for that wisdom? I love and of course blue. You can’t do it without Archangel Michael protecting us all in our path. So for Sorry,

Brandon Handley 58:36
I couldn’t say one. can’t just pick one. I get it. It’s okay. It’s okay. The world needs them. All right. So, Anna, thank you, Ana. Ana, thank you so much for hanging out with me today and sharing your story and sharing some really great insights and practical applications. I really appreciate it.

Anna Champagne 58:54
